The episode begins with Jhanak says she accepted Rishi as her husband, and she can’t accept anyone else as her husband. Nutan feels bad she can’t do anything for her daughter when her daughter is her world. She says she failed as a mother. Jhanak picks up Putul’s call and learns about Dadabhai’s heart attack. Putul tells Jhanak that everyone argued with Dadabhai for visiting Jhanak. She says Dadabhai is in critical condition. She requests Jhanak to come to meet Dadabhai if possible then.
Jhanak agrees to meet Dadabhai. She asks Putul not to worry, and nothing will happen to Dadabhai. She asks Putul to send the hospital address to her and disconnects the call. She tells everything to Nutan and decides to go to Kolkata. Nutan tells Jhanak to wait until Parashar comes. Jhanak says she doesn’t have time to wait. And says she has to visit Dadabhai as soon as possible. Nutan asks whether it’s necessary to go. Jhanak replies it’s necessary.
The next day, a police officer tells Rishi that Krishnendu is trying to ruin Rishi’s reputation by sending those photos to many people. He asks whether Rishi really married that village girl. Rishi asks the police officer to focus on work only. He goes to DIG’s cabin. DIG says Rishi will face an inquiry because they received a complaint against Rishi. Rishi agrees to the inquiry.
DIG says Rishi is one of his favorites, and Rishi’s promotion got stopped because of this. Moreover, Rishi may get suspended or lose his job. Rishi says he will accept their decision. DIG shows Rishi and Jhanak’s photo to Rishi. He asks why Rishi did not inform him about it earlier. Rishi says he will answer in the committee meeting.
Later, Rishi calls Aditi and tells her about Dadabhai’s heart attack. He says he is feeling helpless without Aditi with him. He reveals he fought with Dadabhai for going to meet Jhanak. Aditi tells him to accept Jhanak as a wife if that’s what Dadabhai wants. Rishi asks her why she is talking like this. Aditi tells him that she will come to the hospital. Rishi says he needs Aditi in his life, and he is waiting for her.
After some time, Rishi asks his family when surgery will begin. Abhimanyu replies that will happen later. Putul tells them that Dadabhai wants to meet Jhanak, so she called Jhanak. Abhimanyu asks why Dadabhai is thinking about Jhanak in this condition too. Rishi scolds Putul for calling Jhanak. Putul says she wants her father to become fine. Rishi thinks it would be a big problem if Aditi saw Jhanak in the hospital then. He says he doesn’t want Jhanak to come there.
Jhanak enters the hospital and moves towards an emergency ward. Rishi thinks he should stop Jhanak from reaching the hospital at any cost. He turns around and sees Jhanak. He asks her what she is doing there and what she wants. Jhanak replies she doesn’t want anything from him, and she came to meet Dadabhai. Rishi hopes Aditi doesn’t come there now.
Neelu comes there and scolds Jhanak for coming there. She says they don’t need Jhanak. Jhanak says Putul said Dadabhai wants to meet her. And she has to stay with Dadabhai in his difficult time. She asks about Dadabhai’s room. Abhimanyu says Jhanak can’t meet Dadabhai. Putul comes there. Jhanak asks Putul to take her to Dadabhai. Putul tells Jhanak to wait.
Rishi tells Abhimanyu that everything would be over if Aditi saw Jhanak then. Aditi comes there and sees Jhanak. Jhanak also sees Aditi. Rishi tries to say something to Aditi, but she stops him.
Putul takes Jhanak to Dadabhai’s room. Jhanak calls Dadabhai, and he wakes up. Dadabhai asks Putul to take Jhanak home. Putul says Jhanak will stay in her room. Jhanak says there is no need for that because she will stay in the hospital to take care of Dadabhai.
Neelu tells Aditi that Rishi argued with Dadabhai for going to Simulboni. Aditi says she doesn’t want to talk about that. And she came because of humanity. She understands Dadabhai accepted Jhanak as a daughter-in-law.
