The episode starts with UV asking Katha to leave it, saying Eshwar won’t accept, and then he decides to leave the house with Sheetal. Everyone tries to stop him. Eshwar says Udhay, and the latter looks at him. He says that everyone is asking him to forgive Sheetal, but how can he forgive a person who didn’t do anything wrong. Everyone gets surprised and emotional. Eshwar regrets his behaviour towards UV for years using Sheetal because of his misunderstanding. He also apologises to both Sheetal and UV. UV jokes that he will always go against Eshwar, which makes everyone laugh. Everyone becomes emotional and gets happy. Eshwar and UV share a hug. Katha smiles at them. She then recalls UV’s words about divorce, so she gets sad and leaves from there. UV notices it.
At night, Katha goes to where her plants are kept. UV also goes there and asks Katha what she is doing here? And why she isn’t she sleeping? Katha gives excuses. She then tells UV that she will leave the house the next day . She will also sign the divorce papers and ask him to send it to her house. She then decides to leave, but UV stops her by holding her hand. Katha gets shocked. She asks him to leave her hand, but UV says that he didn’t hold her hand to leave it. He further says to her that he is cancelling his Singapore plan. Katha tells him that Sheetal needs him, so he has made the right decision. She also asks him to marry the one his mother’s choice and insists UV to marry Tamannah whom he loves, then she decides to walk away, but UV stops her again.
UV asks her if she thinks that she knows everything and everyone’s emotions. He rebukes Katha for not understanding his feelings for her. Katha gets confused by his behaviour. UV complains about Katha’s decision to leave the house, saying that now everyone gets used to her herbal drink and everything. Katha tells him that she will give a diary about those recipes and tries to leave, but UV stops her and asks her why she isn’t understanding his heart condition. She gets worried, thinking that UV may have some heart issues and scolds her for not taking care of him. UV gets frustrated and complains about his first meeting with Katha, where she bumped and spoiled his shirt with the cow dung. He then expresses his feelings for Katha. Katha gets emotional.
UV says to Katha that he loves her. He also kneels and proposes to marry her. The Manmoji gang also joins UV and requests Katha to accept their proposal. Katha accepts UV’s proposal. Everyone gets happy. Later, Katha shares with everyone about the reunion of Harshvardan and Sheetal. Also, Omi gets engaged with Naina, and Pratty gets engaged to Katha’s friend. Then they all celebrate Shlok and Charu, who are going to be parents. In UV’s café everyone spends their time. UV gives Katha an offer letter of college and asks her to accept it, saying he will always support her. Katha gets emotional. During their first anniversary, Katha spoils UV’s shirt with cow dung, and when UV complains about it, she starts explaining the goodness of cow dung. UV goes near her, and they both smile at each other.
