The episode starts with Mangal telling Kapil and his mother that earlier she saw a death date written on the photo, but now it has mysteriously disappeared. She says she doesn’t know how it got erased. Kapil tries to calm her down, says he will handle it, and takes her inside. Meanwhile, Pratima’s friends gossip that Mangal looked mentally unstable and suggest that Pratima didn’t do proper background verification. Pratima defends Mangal, saying she is normal but disturbed today, and sends her friends away. Unaware of this, Pratima does not notice Monisha smirking as her plan starts working.
Kapil then asks Mangal what happened. Mangal explains that a man in a hoodie has been targeting her and her family. She shows Kapil the number from which she received a call. Kapil dials the number, and someone from City Hospital answers. Pratima worries about Mangal, while Kapil says it’s just a hospital number. Pratima urges Mangal to accept that she is imagining things. Hurt, Mangal insists she isn’t lying and vows to expose the person trying to harm her. She leaves despite Kapil offering to drop her. Pratima then tells Kapil that Adit may be right and Mangal seems to have mental issues. Kapil disagrees, saying she is only stressed and asks Pratima not to speak like that.
Later, Kusum calls Pratima and says Mangal should see a good doctor. Pratima agrees but says Kapil isn’t ready to understand. She promises to talk to him and ends the call, only to notice Kapil standing there. She tells him Kusum believes Mangal needs treatment for hallucinations.
Kusum herself tells Mangal that she needs medical help. Mangal, upset, asks if Kusum also thinks she isn’t fine. She insists the hoodie man is real and that she is only trying to protect her family. In tears, she recalls everything that has happened and wonders why the person is targeting her and her loved ones.
Determined, Mangal goes to City Hospital and demands answers from the receptionist about the mysterious call. The receptionist refuses to help. Mangal asks if anyone in a hoodie came there and requests to see the CCTV footage. A nurse overhears this and later secretly calls Monisha to warn her. Mangal follows the nurse, but Monisha decides to intervene, thinking the game is about to get more interesting.
Meanwhile, Pratima books an appointment with a psychiatrist. Kapil disapproves, saying it’s wrong to fix such an appointment without Mangal’s consent. Pratima convinces him that since Mangal trusts him, he should make her agree to meet the doctor at least once. Kapil looks thoughtful. Mangal, on the other hand, starts suspecting a conspiracy.
At that moment, Monisha sneaks into Adit’s room to plant evidence against him. Mangal hears a sound and enters, but Monisha hides. Just then, someone calls Mangal from outside, giving Monisha a chance to escape. Before leaving, Mangal notices a black hoodie in Adit’s room and finds a chip inside it. She plays it on the laptop and is left shocked.
