The episode begins with Shashwat introducing Ishani to his business partners. Anurag enters the house. Pihu gets surprised seeing Anurag there. She asks him whether Ishani invited him. Anurag replies that Shashwat and Nandini invited him. Pihu tells him she is so happy to see him there. Shashwat asks her where Ishani is. Pihu replies Ishani was with Shashwat. Anurag sees Ishani. Pihu takes Anurag to Ishani and Shashwat. Shashwat says he is happy Anurag came because he was waiting for the latter. He asks Ishani to talk to Anurag. Anurag says he doesn’t have anything to talk about regarding studies.
The priest tells Yash and Ankita to stand for pheres. Yash and Ankita start taking pheras. Anurag stares at Ishani. Yash fills Ankita’s forehead with vermillion. Marriage rituals get over. Shashwat says he wants to announce something, but before that Ishani will sing in her melodious voice. He asks Ishani to sing a song for them. Ishani asks how she can sing. Shashwat tells her that he will sing to support her. Anurag tells her to sing because she has Shashwat’s support.
Ishani takes the mic and starts singing. Then Shashwat starts singing. Everyone claps when the performance gets over. A professor says Anurag also sings well. Shashwat says he did not know about that. He asks Anurag to sing a duet with Ishani. Anurag asks how he can sing in Shashwat’s family event. Shashwat tells Anurag that everyone wants the latter to sing. Ishani says she already sang. Shashwat tells her to sing one more song. Pihu convinces Ishani to sing. She says she would not have lost the chance of singing with Anurag.
Anurag takes the mic and goes near Ishani. He starts singing a song. Ishani also starts singing with him. Everyone claps for Ishani and Anurag. Nandini goes to the stage and praises Anurag and Ishani’s performance. She starts talking about Anurag’s molestation case. She says Shashwat will reveal why Ishani withdrew the complaint she gave against Anurag.
Shashwat says he got possessive of Ishani, so he misunderstood Anurag and gave a complaint against Anurag. He apologized to Anurag. He says he did not tell about this to Ishani yet. And there is good understanding between him and Ishani. He tells guests that Ishani did not go to college due to Yash’s marriage functions, so Anurag sent notes to Ishani to help her. Anurag wonders whether Shashwat read the letter that he sent. Shashwat says there was a letter in those notes. He reveals Nandini discovered that letter and gave it to him. Ishani gets confused hearing this. Shashwat reads Anurag’s letter. Everyone gets shocked hearing this.
Pihu looks at Anurag shockingly. Shashwat asks whether Anurag wants to say anything. He tells the principal that now she would have understood why Ishani withdrew the complaint. He says Ishani wanted to protect the reputation of their family; that’s why she withdrew the complaint.
