The episode begins with Shashwat telling the principal that Ishani withdrew the complaint to save her family’s reputation. And this letter is proof of that. He asks her how he can send Ishani to the college in which Anurag is working. He tells Anurag that Ishani is someone’s wife and daughter-in-law, so the latter should have controlled himself. And says no one expects a professor to behave like this.
Pihu recalls how Anurag knows everything about Ishani. She says now it makes sense. She agrees Shashwat is right. Because Anurag always talked about Ishani. She tells Anurag that he used her. She tells Ishani that the latter knew about all this. Ishani is about to say something, but Pihu tells the former to shut up. Pihu says Ishani broke her trust. Nandini smiles hearing this. Pihu feels ashamed to call Ishani her best friend. She asks Anurag whether he is shameless. She says she never thought Anurag would be this kind of person. She asks him why he did not tell about him and Ishani when she proposed to him. Shashwat gets shocked hearing this. Pihu tells them she hates them and runs from there. Ishani cries and looks at Anurag.
Later, Ishani enters her room. She tells Shashwat that she did not know about Anurag’s letter at all. Shashwat asks her why she is scared when she did not send the letter. He tells her that he knows she did nothing wrong. He asks her whether she thinks Anurag did right. He decides to teach a lesson to Anurag. He asks her to not stop him this time. Ishani tells him that Anurag will lose his job.
Shashwat asks her to not care about that because Anurag should be punished for sending a letter to his wife. He says it’s about Ishani and her family’s reputation. He tells her that Pihu’s reaction shocked him. He decides to talk to Pihu later. He asks her why she supported Pihu in Anurag’s matter. Ishani replies she never did that. Shashwat says Pihu is hurt by Ishani. Ishani tells him that Pihu did not listen to her. Shashwat asks her whether she has a special place for Anurag in her heart. Ishani asks him what he is saying.
Shashwat asks her whether she really did not fall into Anurag’s trap. He says he is asking this because he has witnessed Ishani’s concern for Anurag. He tells her that Nandini claimed feelings could be mutual after reading the letter. But he did not believe Nandini. He says he will believe Ishani. He asks her whether she knows Anurag already. He says she is just asking so Ishani need not get scared. He locks the door from inside.
Ishani asks him why he closed the door. Shashwat tells her that it’s nighttime, that’s why, and holds her hand. Ishani tells him that she is tired, so let’s not do it today. Shashwat tells her that she did not accept him as her husband. He asks her about her affair with Anurag. Ishani tells him that’s not true. Shashwat strangled her. Then he twists her hand. He tells her that he is her legal husband.
