The episode starts with Gayatri blessing UV on the call. UV becomes silent hearing her voice. Gayatri tells him that she may not have seen him, but she feels a connection towards him. UV gets emotional. He thanks her and asked her name, but the call got disconnected. So Katha tells him that her name is Gayatri. She tells him that she addresses her as Maa Ji because from day one, she is feeling a connection towards her. UV tells her to convey her thanks to Gayatri. Katha agrees. She then decides to leave, but her leg gets stuck, so UV helps her. They both share a light-hearted moment. Both Pratty and Omi see this from a distance. Pratty tells Omi that they should hide UV’s help for Katha from Katha or else their growing friendship will break. Omi agrees with him. Ambika sees Katha-UV from a distance. She decides to use Pari’s decision against Katha to throw Katha out of the house and targets UV, Pari, and Shikha.
Later, UV celebrates with his family members. Katha and Naina see this from a distance. Naina asks Katha why she didn’t tell UV that she is the one who helped him with his investors’ pitch and letting Tammy take the credits. Katha tells her that she will inform UV. Naina teases her. She also prays God for Katha and UV to accept their relationship and grow in it. Katha recalls UV’s statement to the media. So she tells Naina her wish won’t get fulfilled because she has no place in UV’s life. She also tells her determination to pay the debt of UV. She adds that she won’t tolerate if anyone tries to harm her self-respect. She then notices Pari is standing alone, so she goes to Pari with a laddoo plate. She insists Pari have it, but the latter asks her whether she is taunting her. Katha clarifies it’s not her intention. Pari shares her agony with Katha about the family’s rule because of which men in the family celebrate their victory, but women can’t do the same. Katha comforts Pari. She also hoped Eshwar and UV would get along, but Pari said it won’t happen at all. Ambika sees them together. She also sees Eshwar, so she goes to Katha and Pari and asks them loudly about their secret conversation. Pari says it’s nothing.
Shlok gives Eshwar sweet and tells him about UV’s deal. Eshwar returns the sweet, and he starts criticising UV’s mother and tells UV that he will regret it after learning his mother’s truth. But UV vows to bring his mother back to home and prove Eshwar is wrong. Eshwar insults him and then goes inside. Rukmini comforts UV, saying that his mother must be proud of him. She tries to feed sweet to UV, but he refuses and leaves. Katha feels bad for UV while Ambika looks happy.
Later, Jay pays Katha for fulfilling the order. He also addresses UV as Sharma on call and indirectly tells him that his work is finished, and then he leaves. Katha happily express to Naina that she can able to pay UV’s debt, and no one can say anything against Mohan. At the café, Jay praises Katha and tells UV that Katha will never use him, then he leaves. Both Pratty and Omi ask UV about his opinion on Katha. UV tells him that Katha isn’t a bad person, so they tease him. But UV tells him respect and love or two different aspect which they can’t mix it. He then asks them to hide Katha’s order, and they both oblige. After some time, Katha repays UV his money. Eshwar praises her. Tammy gets annoyed. UV stares at Katha.
Precap: UV falls into Ambika’s trap, so he accuses Katha of using Pari to protect Naina. Katha gets furious, so she leaves the house with Naina. Later, Pari tells UV that Katha is innocent. While Katha meets with an accident. UV receives a call about Katha’s accident, and he gets shocked.
