The episode starts with Gayatri dragging Imarti/Jia to the hall from her room. Imarti cries, saying, “I’m pregnant.” Umesh says, since she is pregnant, they should handle her with care. Gayatri says, “I can’t let this Jia stay here, and don’t forget how she trapped Karthik in a murder case.” Lakshmi says they need to keep her here until they prove her lies.
The doorbell rings. Lakshmi opens the door and welcomes Imarti’s mother. Imarti’s mother sees Imarti and says, “My daughter is fine, then why did you say she is ill?” Lakshmi says she called her to prove that Imarti is Jia. Imarti insists she is not Jia. Prema arrives and asks why Lakshmi called her there. Lakshmi asks Prema to come and meet her daughter.
Prema sees Imarti and says, “Jia, I thought you changed your face with cosmetic surgery. Then how…?” She happily hugs her. Imarti pushes her away, saying, “I’m Imarti, not Jia.” Imarti’s mother tries to flee, but Lakshmi stops her and questions why she is escaping from Prema. Prema sees her and asks why she looks familiar. She recognizes her as Chanda Dai, the midwife who delivered her baby. Prema recalls that Chanda told her she had twins but one died and the other was Jia. Karthik asks if this is their new plan to save Jia. Chanda tries to leave, but Karthik closes the door and threatens to call the police if she doesn’t reveal the truth.
Chanda then confesses to Prema that Imarti is her daughter and admits she lied about one twin dying. She reveals she stole Imarti because she couldn’t have children of her own. Shocked, Prema asks if Imarti is really her daughter. Imarti faints. Everyone gets worried. Lakshmi tells Karthik she thought everything would be solved today, but it has only become more complicated. Karthik says maybe Imarti is not Jia. Lakshmi says Jia has committed many crimes, so she can’t trust this, and perhaps Jia bribed Chanda to lie.
Imarti regains consciousness and tells Chanda and Prema to leave her alone. She angrily asks Chanda why she separated her from her mother and refuses to accept any relationship with either of them. She thanks Lakshmi for making her learn the truth. She says, “I’m carrying the heir of this house, so I will stay here and will not leave.” She goes back to her room. Karthik tells Lakshmi he feels she is really Imarti, not Jia.
Later, Lakshmi remains suspicious. She thinks such incidents cannot be coincidences. She then sees Jia leaving the house, covering herself with a blanket. Lakshmi follows her. Jia hires an auto, and Lakshmi takes another one and follows. Jia goes to Prema’s house. Lakshmi thinks, “If this is Imarti, how does she know Prema’s house? It seems like this is Jia only.”
She tries to go inside, but the watchman stops her, saying, “Today there is a party, and you can’t enter unless your name is on the guest list.” Lakshmi says she came by mistake. She then wonders, “If Imarti was allowed inside, why am I stopped? How can I enter?” She then notices the catering staff uniform and gets an idea.
