The episode starts with Kapil telling Mangal that he wants to talk to her once. Sowmya asks him to leave before she ousts him. Kapil leaves. Sowmya asks Kusum to see the real face of Mangal and says she will not spare Kapil. Mangal comes out and meets Kapil. He says, “I did wrong by coming here and increased your problems.” Mangal says, “I made Adit go through therapy but his condition is not good, and I don’t know what will happen in tomorrow’s court hearing.” Kapil says, “Leave everything to God. I don’t think Adit will tell the truth even if he recovers.”
Later, Mangal prays to God and asks him to cure Adit and prove Kapil innocent in court. Akshat comes to Mangal and asks her not to think about others’ words, assuring her that he knows she only wanted to cure his father. Mangal hugs him.
Mangal comes to unconscious Adit. She says, “I know you will recover, Adit. You need to prove Kapil innocent and get Monisha punished, so please recover quickly.” She wipes her tears. Kapil and Pratima leave for court.
At court, Sowmya gives her testimony against Kapil, saying Kapil had issues with Adit and even took bail by cheating with Mangal’s help. Mangal says it’s a lie, but the judge asks her not to interrupt. Mangal tells Pratima to see how Sowmya twisted the bail issue in her favor. The lawyer calls Mangal to the witness box. He asks if she sent a bribe to the inspector. Mangal says it was Sowmya and submits evidence. The lawyer argues that handwriting can be forged and this cannot prove Sowmya’s wrongdoing. He then questions Mangal about the bail papers. Mangal cannot answer because of Pratima’s involvement. The lawyer asks if Kapil slapped Adit at the party. Mangal admits it happened once. The lawyer says this proves Kapil’s violent behavior and even cites an FIR from his first fiancée. He claims Kapil tried to kill Adit and demands punishment.
Sowmya seeks the judge’s permission to speak. She comes to the witness box and says Adit became like an 8-year-old boy because of Kapil, and Kapil’s fiancée made Adit drown in water in the name of therapy. She adds that Mangal and Kapil troubled her husband, so they should be punished. The judge says he will give the verdict after lunch.
Outside, Mangal tells Pratima, “I warned you it was wrong to take Kusum’s signature on those papers. Do you see how it went against Kapil?” Kapil tells Pratima, “You closed all my ways to prove my innocence.” Mangal says Adit can prove him innocent. Kapil says he doesn’t trust Adit.
Later, as the judge is about to announce the judgment, Kusum brings Adit to the court and stops the verdict. Mangal feels relieved. The judge asks Adit if Kapil was responsible for his fall from the terrace.
