The episode starts with Katha entering Uv’s room with water and soup. She thinks it has been 10 days since he returned from the hospital. She notices he is not in the room and finds Uv in the washroom destroying Gayatri’s photos. Katha tries to stop him and takes the diary from his hand. They get into a scuffle for the diary, and the shower accidentally turns on. He demands her to return the diary. Katha asks how he can destroy his mother’s memories. He replies that he knows about her deal too. Katha denies it, saying she has no deal with Gayatri and questions why he is not understanding her. Uv says his mother hurt him and maybe Katha will also leave him like his mother did. Katha asks him to look into her eyes and says she could never cheat him. Uv says he doesn’t trust any relationship. Katha insists that he must trust their relationship and shows him the nuptial chain. Uv leaves.
Katha follows him and tells him that his Maama never revealed his family to Gayatri and that he had wicked intentions. She explains that she informed Gayatri about Uv and his father because Gayatri had no memory of it due to her memory loss. Uv asks why Gayatri never came to meet him and instead sent him a “deal.” Katha says it may have been her brother’s doing, as he changed her name and never gave her any money. Uv concludes that his mother is a hardcore businesswoman with no emotions and tells Katha to either support him or her. Someone secretly spies on them and passes the information on a call. Uv warns Katha that if she supports his mother, their relationship will end.
Katha tells Uv that she will prove Gayatri’s innocence. Harshavardhan arrives and asks her to stop troubling his son by taking Sheetal/Gayatri’s name. Katha tries to explain, but Harshavardhan throws her out of the room and comforts Uv.
Arjun feels happy knowing that Uv and Harshavardhan hate Sheetal and have thrown Katha out. He asks the caller to pass the information to the media. Gayatri comes to Arjun and asks about Uday. Arjun says he is fine and asks if she wants to meet him. Gayatri agrees.
Naina advises Katha not to complicate things further with Uv. But Katha says she must prove Gayatri’s innocence and reunite Uv with his mother by clearing the misunderstandings. She adds that Uv is in a vulnerable state, and she won’t let him harm himself, so she has decided to bring Gayatri’s truth in front of everyone.
Harshavardhan gives Uv his passport and visa. He asks why he wants to shift to Singapore. Uv says he wants to start a café there and also take care of the Jindal family business, adding that he doesn’t want to stay here. Harshavardhan asks if he can accompany him, but Uv says he will manage alone. They hug, and both get emotional. Uv apologizes for misunderstanding his father. Harshavardhan asks him to take care of himself. Uv says he hopes his grandfather will be proud of him, and Harshavardhan assures him he will. Charu asks Uv what about Katha if he moves to Singapore. Naina overhears this and informs Katha about Uv’s decision.
Katha hugs a plant and says she has no right to stop him as he doesn’t consider her important, which is why he didn’t tell her about his decision. Uv comes there and says he wants to tell her something. Katha interrupts, saying she already knows he is leaving for Singapore permanently. Uv is surprised and asks how she knew. Katha gives a sharp reply. Uv explains that he has decided to take care of the overseas business and that Eshwar also realized he was wrong in marrying her off like that. Katha thinks maybe Uv’s decision is right. Uv recalls his father’s advice to send Katha home before leaving for Singapore. Charu reminds that every relationship deserves a second chance, but Harshavardhan doubts, asking what if Katha leaves Uv like his wife left him. Uv says he still wants to give it a chance.
Later, Uv tells Katha that they cannot undo what has happened, but she can focus on her studies and fulfill her dreams. He adds that she can study in Singapore too, but it is better here. Katha thinks to herself that he is important to her, but she understands his wish to leave her.
