The episode starts with Jia insisting that Karthik apply kumkum in Lakshmi’s mang to see her reality. Lakshmi asks Karthik to do it. Karthik fills Lakshmi’s mang with sindoor in front of him and the family members. Lakshmi recalls how Maata Rani cured her and told her that until now, she had managed things in her place, and now she should go and destroy the evil people, and her husband will be her strength. Lakshmi tells Maata Rani that she got her darshan and her life is fulfilled, and asks Maata Rani to bless her. Maata Rani disappears after blessing her. An old lady comes in and feels happy seeing that Lakshmi is fine.
Lakshmi tells Karthik that she stopped him that morning because she had a mannat to visit Maata Rani first. Karthik says she doesn’t need to give an explanation. He asks Imarti/Jia to think positively for the baby’s wellbeing. Lakshmi says she will teach her good manners for their baby. Jia thinks it’s Lakshmi only and that she tried to fool her to make Karthik believe that she is insane. She plans to win Karthik in front of Lakshmi.
Jia plans to start her drama upon seeing Karthik. She falls on the floor, and Lakshmi and Karthik rush to her. Lakshmi asks Karthik to call a new doctor since their regular doctor is out of station. Jia says she is fine and doesn’t need a doctor. Karthik insists on calling one.
The doctor checks Jia and says she cannot hear the baby’s heartbeat. Hearing this, Lakshmi thinks Jia’s truth will be exposed today. Karthik asks the doctor to check again, recalling the previous sonography. The doctor says that now she can hear it and everything is clear. Lakshmi wonders how Jia managed it. Jia recalls how she placed a heartbeat device in her belly area. Lakshmi decides to expose Jia soon.
Later, Lakshmi places a camera in Jia’s room to reveal that Imarti is actually Jia. She checks the laptop to see the footage but sees nothing and realizes she hadn’t turned on the camera, so she switches it on. Jia removes her pallu and throws it, which falls on the camera. Jia thinks about her old life and starts drinking wine. Lakshmi prays to Maata Rani for help, thinking she cannot see clearly. The wind moves the dupatta away from the hidden camera. Jia removes her fake belly and throws the heartbeat device while drinking alcohol. Lakshmi understands that Jia fooled the doctor with a device and decides to reveal the truth to Karthik using the footage. She copies the footage onto a chip and leaves. While turning off the lights, Jia notices the secret camera and feels shocked, thinking that Lakshmi has learned everything and might show it to Karthik.
