The episode starts with Lakshmi going to Karthik to reveal Jia’s reality. Jia creates a scene, causing Gayatri to injure her foot. When Karthik and Lakshmi rush to help Gayatri, Jia takes the chance to steal the memory card from Lakshmi’s pallu. While leaving for the hospital, Lakshmi notices Jia already has the memory card.
Lakshmi and Karthik take Gayatri to the hospital, where Gayatri makes the doctor lie to Karthik that Lakshmi can’t become pregnant. Gayatri refuses to go inside, but they insist and take her to the doctor. Lakshmi grows suspicious of Gayatri’s behaviour. After sending Lakshmi and Karthik out, the doctor threatens Gayatri to transfer 10 lakhs to her account or else she will reveal the truth to Lakshmi and Karthik. She gives Gayatri 24 hours. Later, the doctor tells Lakshmi and Karthik that Gayatri just has a sprain. Gayatri worries about the doctor’s warning.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi enters the room and sees Karthik playing with his childhood toys. He asks her who she thinks Jia/Imarti is carrying. Lakshmi wonders how to expose that Imarti is actually Jia and not even pregnant. She later sneaks into Jia’s room and steals her makeup after spotting her cleaning off the black makeup.
The next day, Jia wakes up and looks for her makeup but can’t find it. She tries to go out wearing a ghoonghat to get new supplies, but Lakshmi stops her, asking why she’s rushing out in such a hurry. Jia lies that she’s going to the temple to fulfill a mannat. Lakshmi reminds her that today is a grahan and she can’t leave the house. Karthik supports Lakshmi and asks Jia to get ready as they have planned a maternity photoshoot. Jia panics, thinking Lakshmi is trying to expose her and also made sure her credit cards were blocked so she couldn’t order makeup.
Elsewhere, Gayatri calls the doctor and promises to send the money on time. She tries to write a cheque, but Umesh walks in and asks for whom she is writing it. Gayatri spills milk on the cheque to cover up and decides to arrange cash for the doctor.
Meanwhile, Jia calls Prema and asks when her order will arrive. Prema assures her it’s on the way. Jia rushes to take the parcel when the doorbell rings, but upon opening it, she finds dry fruits instead of makeup and lenses. Lakshmi arrives and asks Jia to come downstairs quickly for the photoshoot. Lakshmi recalls how she swapped the packages.
Lakshmi and Karthik begin their photoshoot. Gayatri questions why they are taking pictures, saying it should only be a maternity shoot. Karthik replies that their kids should know how happy their parents are. Just then, Imarti (Jia) comes downstairs in a ghoonghat. Lakshmi asks her to remove it for photoshoot.
