The episode starts with Karthik singing a song while playing the guitar. Real Jia, disguised as Imarti, approaches him intending to reveal that she is Jia, but she stops, fearing Karthik might oust her. Instead, she cleverly asks Karthik not to fall for his sister, trying to confirm if he truly plans to marry Jia. Karthik reassures her not to worry and is about to reveal something, but Lakshmi gestures from behind, stopping him. Karthik again tells her not to worry and sends her away. Lakshmi then reminds him not to reveal to anyone that he only pretended to agree to marry Jia. He agrees.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi, Gayatri, and Fake Jia discuss whether their plan is affecting the real Jia. Later, Jia notices the wedding arrangements at home and questions Gayatri, who tells her they are for Jia and Karthik’s marriage. Shocked, Jia worries. Lakshmi thinks she will make Jia confess the truth herself. Jia, distressed, calls her mother for help in executing her plan, determined that Karthik will marry her today.
Karthik later asks Imarti (real Jia) why she called him. She pleads with him to take her to the Chandi Maata temple. He agrees, and they leave. Lakshmi learns from Nidhi that Imarti has gone to the temple with Karthik, making her suspicious of Jia’s intentions.
At the temple, women planted by Prema stop Jia, saying Imarti cannot enter as she is pregnant without marriage, calling her a disgrace. Karthik suggests leaving, but Imarti insists on seeing Maata Rani. The women demand Karthik marry her immediately and prevent him from revealing she is only a surrogate.
Lakshmi rushes to the temple by car. Jia, confident, believes her plan to marry Karthik will succeed. The women force Karthik to fill Imarti’s maang. Just then, Lakshmi arrives and stops them, declaring they are wrong. The women challenge her, but Lakshmi asserts she is Karthik’s wife and says it is also wrong to marry a pregnant woman. The Pandit supports Lakshmi and disperses the devotees. Jia feels heartbroken that Lakshmi spoiled her plan. Lakshmi firmly tells Jia to sit in the car, and they leave for home.
Back home, Fake Jia asks Gayatri for almond milk, saying she is allergic to regular milk. Gayatri, irritated, tells her to stop ordering her around. Jia notices this and grows suspicious about Gayatri’s true intentions regarding the marriage. To test them, she calls Fake Jia and lies that Gayatri has canceled her bail. Meanwhile, Gayatri receives a chit demanding money and assumes Fake Jia is behind it. Soon, Gayatri and Fake Jia confront each other. To overhear their conversation, Jia disguises herself in a Mickey Mouse costume. Lakshmi notices Jia in disguise and decides to stop her from discovering their plan.
