The episode starts with Vikrant complaining to Mannat that she forgot his birthday. He says that he still remember her birthday, joining date in Mezbani and her school grade too. He remembers everything about her but she forgot his birthday. She apologized to him. She says that she has to listen to his complaint life-long. He says that for 7 lives. Mannat thinks that she has to give a special surprise to him. Meanwhile, Dhairya calls his mom. He says to Vishaka that he is currently staying in Saluja mansion. Everything is going according to his plan. He says that Neetu created a fake world around his brother. He is still innocent like before. He is believing his parents and thinking him as his world. He will definitely bring him back to her. Mannat asks him why he is talking with phone when he got hurt? He has to take a rest.
Dhairya asks Mannat if she bothered about Neetu’s words? Mannat says that she forgot his birthday. She wants to surprise him. Dhairya gives some idea to him. Dhairya asks her to collect his photos since childhood to adulthood. She likes his idea. Dhairya thinks that it will prove Vikrant is Aman. Later, Mannat asks Roni to give Vikrant childhood photos. He says that it’s not with them. Neetu says that it’s burnt in a fire. She doesn’t want to hurt her son. Mannat apologized to her. Neetu scolds her.
Dhairya thinks that Neetu is a liar. He will definitely expose her lies. She is lying a lot. He won’t leave this woman for lying to his brother. She snatched him from them.

Vikrant received a message from Dhairya. Aman name mentioned in it. He gets a flashes of his memory. He gets a panic attack hearing that name. Mannat asks him what happened? He pushed her away. She hugs him to console him. Dhairya watches them from far. Mannat asks him to take a deep breath. She assures him that he is safe with her. She will protect him. She expressed her love for him. He feels suffocated. Mannat keeps consoling him. Dhairya feels sorry for his brother. He thinks that he is hurting him a lot. Dhairya asks Vikrant what happened to him. He says that headache.
