The episode starts with Akash saying to Prithvi that Naina is a characterless woman who doesn’t know how many men she has slept with. Mitti gets shocked with Akash’s words as he once said that he doesn’t like to speak ill of a woman. Mitti nearly drops the tray. Gudiya catches the tray. Gudiya asks Mitti to go and take her inhaler. Mitti agrees and leaves from there. Gudiya serves the food to Akash and she leaves from there. Akash says it is time to play on front foot and show everyone Akash is back.
Mitti recalls Akash’s words. Mitti takes her inhaler and breathes it. Gudiya comes to Mitti. Mitti asks Gudiya if she also heard what Akash said about Naina. Mitti says today she feels like there were two Akash one Akash who has done Vrath for her and the other Akash is the one who was speaking to Prithvi just now. Gudiya asks Mitti not to think so much and says when guys talk to each other they use vulgar language and it is common. Mitti says to Gudiya that she realised Akash is just a human being and says she should not put too much pressure on Akash. Mitti thanks Gudiya for comforting her.
Gudiya in the car says to Sandy that Mitti at that time was really anxious and she just wanted to comfort Mitti so she told something to Mitti but she doesn’t believe Akash. Mitti says to Sandy that Akash should have done something to Naina and comments on it. Sandy says he knows about this from the beginning.
Mitti wakes up in the night and sees Akash doing work. Mitti says to herself this is the real Akash and the Akash with Prithvi is not real. Mitti comes to Akash and flirts with him. Akash asks Mitti why is she this happy. Mitti comments on it.
The next day, Bhargav and his wife, Khurana and his wife talk about Akash. Akash comes to the women’s mental health seminar and greets them.
The host asks Akash to give his speech. Akash gives his speech to the audience and talks about women.
Karan and Rachana come to the women’s health seminar. Karan and Rachana listen to Alash’s speech when he speaks about Naina saying she is really good girl and hard working but that kind of woman made false allegations against him because she is mentally sick. Rachana shouts at Akash and asks Akash to stop targeting Naina. Rachana and Karan do a protest and they ask justice for Naina. Akash asks them to stop and comments on them. Akash says to them that his son is targeted in school because of the false allegations made against him and comments on it. The security takes Karan and Rachana away. The host later announces that Akash has got most successful Doctor of year 2025 and he gave the reward money to an NGO for welfare of women. Mitti doesn’t understand who is the real Akash and she grows doubtful of him.
Akash and Mitti come to a restaurant and she thinks who is the real Akash. Mitti spots Karan in the restaurant.
