The episode starts with Mitti messaging Karan asking him to call her and send her Simran’s phone number to meet her.
Gudiya calls Mitti and asks Mitti where is she. Mitti says to Gudiya that she has come to meet Naina’s house to meet her. Gudiya asks Mitti if she has gone crazy and comments on her. Gudiya later says Akash has come to her cafe to ask Gudiya about her. Mitti says she knows and says Akash keeps calling her but she isn’t attending his calls and says she needs to talk to Simran to find out the truth. Gudiya asks Mitti what is she talking about. Mitti says to Gudiya that Gagan has lied to them last time and says Naina was injured when Prithvi sent goons to shift them. Gudiya asks Mitti to tell her where is she. Mitti says to Gudiya that she is going to the hospital to find out about Naina’s family address. Gudiya comments on Mitti. Mitti says she has no choice beside doing this.
Mitti comes to the hospital hiding her face. Mitti notices Gagan talking to Prithvi’s goons and assuring them that he will handle things here like last time. Mitti hides her face and leaves from there.
Mitti runs into a nurse. Mitti asks the nurse where is Naina and asks Naina if she can see her. The nurse says it is not possible and asks Mitti to contact Gagan if she wants to talk to Mitti. The nurse later leaves from there. Mitti thinks she has to leave from here if not someone might spot her. The nurse later makes a call to Akash.
Gagan calls his family and warns them not to talk to Mitti if she comes there. Mitti spots Gagan and the goons there.
Mitti spots Simran coming to the hospital. Mitti makes a call to the cab driver and asks the cab driver to give the phone to Simran saying Mitti wants to talk to them. The cab driver agrees.
The cab driver gives the phone to Simran. Mitti says to Simran that she would like to talk to her. Simran agrees.
Mitti takes Simran to an abandoned room and asks Simran if it is true about what she said to Karan and Rachana. Simran says yes. Simran says to Mitti how some goons tried to take Naina away and in the scuffle Naina got injured. Mitti shows the photo of Prithvi and asks Simran if she knows him. Simran says to Mitti that she spotted him with the goons who came to threaten Naina.
Akash calls Prithvi and says to Prithvi that Mitti has reached the hospital Naina was present in and scolds Prithvi for not being able to handle Mitti. Prithvi asks Akash to shut up and reminds him that if he backs down no one can save him. Akash reminds Prithvi that he still has Prithvi’s original MBBS marks list and says if he exposes it then no one can save Prithvi. Akash asks Prithvi to do what he says and comments on it.
Simran asks Mitti what mistake has Naina done and asks Mitti if loving a guy who is married. Mitti asks Simran if Naina was happy in that relationship.
Simran says yes.
It is shown Naina says to Simran about her love affair and says she is engaged to him and she also shows photos of the engagement to Simran. Mitti asks Simran if she still has those photos. Simran says yes. Simran shows the photos. Mitti gets shocked seeing the photos as the hand in the photos belong to Akash.

Precap:- Prithvi calls Akash and says to Akash that a campaign is going on to reopen his case and says Mitti has given her signature for it.
Akash reveals to Kuljeet that Mitti has joined hands with his enemies. Akash raises his hand at Mitti. Mitti catches his hand and says she will not take back her signature.
