The episode begins with Anjana asking Aditi to drink juice at least. Bablu says he will feed Aditi today. He picks up Choton’s call and learns that Choton is coming to meet Aditi. He tells Aditi that Choton is bringing her favorite sweets. After some time, Choton comes there and says Aditi can’t stay hungry. He convinces Aditi to eat. Aniruddh and Arshi see this. Choton says Aditi can never refuse him. And Aditi loves him the most. Anjana goes inside. Aniruddh says thanks to Anjana. Arshi asks him why he is thanking Anjana when it’s Anjana who told the truth to Aditi first. Aniruddh tells Arshi that Anjana did right by telling the truth to Aditi. And he is glad Aditi learned the truth from a family member. Choton feeds Aditi. Aniruddh gets happy seeing this.
On the other side, Surjeet talks to someone about meeting. Payal hears this and asks whom he talked to. Surjeet tells her that it’s a call from the hospital. He asks her whether he ever checked her phone. Payal tells him that she is his wife and she has the right to see his phone. And she will show her phone without any hesitation. She asks him whom he wants to meet after surgery. Surjeet tells her that he just talked about surgery.
Payal tells him that she knows when he lies. Surjeet tells her that he will show the phone after coming from the hospital because he is getting late for the hospital. Payal tells him that she knows he is hiding something from her. She says Surjeet broke her trust in the past. Surjeet tells her that nothing had been proved in the past. Payal tells him that he never let her check his phone. Surjeet tells her that he never checked her phone because he trusts her. He says they can’t fight for such a small matter. Payal tells him that maybe he is influenced by Rishi. She says Aditi loves Rishi so much still, but Rishi married Jhanak in the village. And she is reacting like this because of his action.
Surjeet tells her that he is not doing anything wrong. Payal asks him to swear on their kids. Surjeet refuses. He gets a call. Payal snatches the phone and picks up the call and puts the phone on speaker. A woman talks from the other side and asks Surjeet why he did not call her after leaving the house. Surjeet tells her that he will talk to her later and disconnects the call. He tells Payal that Dr. Ashima is just his colleague, nothing more than that. He leaves from there. Payal thinks she knows Surjeet is doing wrong.
Rishi tells Mishti that this exam is important. Mishti tells him that she is sure she will score well. Abhimanyu tells Mishti that there is no pressure from their side. Tanushri tells Rishi to drop Mishti off on time. Rishi tells her that he is ready. He asks Jhanak whether she is ready. Tanushri asks him whether he is going to drop Jhanak too. Dadabhai says he will drop Jhanak at her center.
Rishi says he will drop both Jhanak and Mishti because their center is in the same way. Indumati asks Rishi to drop Mishti only. Tanushri tells Abhimanyu to drop Mishti. Rishi asks them what the need of this discussion is when he said he will drop both Jhanak and Mishti. Neelu tells Rishi that she will drop Mishti. Rishi agrees. He says he will drop Jhanak. Surjeet says they are wasting time. And Rishi’s plan is right.
Tanushri says Jhanak can go to the center alone. She asks why Jhanak is not saying anything. Jhanak says she did not tell Rishi to drop her. Rishi says he is going on their center’s way, so what is the problem? Neelu asks Rishi whether Aditi knows he will drop Jhanak. Rishi says Aditi is not in the house. And whether he should ask Aditi’s permission for this small matter. Tanushri says Jhanak should have asked Rishi to drop her. Jhanak says she did not ask Rishi to drop her.
Mishti asks them to stop this at least today. She tells Rishi, “Let’s go.” Putul says if Aditi learns about it, then it will become a big issue. So she will drop Jhanak. Rishi asks whether he can’t take decisions alone. He says he is just helping Jhanak. And his family is behaving strangely nowadays. Tanushri tells him that they know the truth now; that’s why. And Jhanak lied to them. Rishi asks them to stop insulting Jhanak. Jhanak tries to take elders’ blessings, but no one blesses her except Dadabhai. Mishti gets everyone’s blessings.

Precap: Aditi tells Jhanak that the latter won’t leave the house until ruining her life. Rishi asks Aditi to trust him; if she doesn’t, then that’s not his problem. Aditi asks him to free her from their relationship if he can’t send Jhanak anywhere.
