The episode starts with Mitti having an emotional breakdown when she sees a photo of Akash’s hand gifting a bracelet to Naina. Mitti later asks Simran if Akash has ever come here to meet Naina. Simran says to Mitti that Akash has come before Baisakhi festival. Mitti recalls Akash going on a camp to Baisakhi day. Simran says to Mitti that from when Naina has returned home after that day she was always fighting with Akash over the phone. Simran says she once saw their argument.
It is shown Naina argues with Akash saying he has broken all the promises that he made to her as he told her he will leave his wife for her but he hasn’t done it. Naina says she couldn’t even post a picture of them together as it will ruin their image. Naina throws her phone in anger. Simran comes and asks Naina what happened. Simran notices the bruises on Naina’s body. Naina asks Simran not to tell anyone about this. Simran says after that Naina stopped receiving her calls also. Mitti asks Simran that Naina used to have a lot of boyfriends right. Simran says they were just her friends and says Naina only loved Akash.
Mitti leaves to her home. Mitti recalls her moments with Akash and gets emotional. Mitti comes and sees the people are protesting and they are collecting signatures against Akash on a court petition form to reopen the case. Mitti gives her signature on the court petition form. Mitti leaves from there.
Mitti returns home. Akash asks Mitti where has she gone. Mitti says she has gone out on some important work. Akash asks Mitti what is that important work. Mitti asks Akash why doesn’t he ask Prithvi and comments on it. Kuljeet asks Akash if he is seeing how Mitti is answering. Mitti spots Chirag and tries to take him into the room. Rohit stops Mitti and says to Mitti that she will not go inside without answering them. Mitti reminds Rohit that she is elder than him in the relationship and asks Rohit to not disrespect her and make everyone question his parents upbringing. Mitti takes Chirag and leaves from there.
Mitti later comes to the washroom and she recalls Jitendar’s words and decides to do a pregnancy test with the pregnancy kit.
Akash’s father asks Akash to talk to Mitti in their room. Prithvi calls Akash and tells him that a signature campaign is going on against him to reopen the case and Mitti has given her signature here. Akash asks Prithvi if he is sure. Akash says yes.
Mitti sees she is pregnant and recalls how her pregnant days. Mitti dreams of Naina coming to her and taunting her about the pregnancy.
