The episode starts with Mihir getting irritated when Sobha tells Mihir that her mother hasn’t kept the fast of Karwachauth and she might have gone shopping. Mihir decides to leave because Tulsi is not at the house and he leaves to attend the birthday party.
Noina arranges the favourite food for Mihir and she reminds Suchi to bring the eggless cake because Mihir is a vegetarian. The door bell rang and Noina thinks that Mihir has come but she faces Tulsi in front of her and Tulsi wishes Noina on her birthday. Tulsi tells Noina her gifts have been delivered to her house which Mihir has ordered for her and she reminds Noina she is taking advantage of her fight with Mihir. Noina asks Tulsi to come and Noina is about to serve water to Tulsi but she reminds her that today is her fast. Mihir comes at the same time wishing Noina on her birthday with a yellow flower and Mihir gets surprised to see Tulsi. Mihir learns that Tulsi has kept the fast and Mihir calls Sobha to ask why Sobha lied to him. Sobha tells Mihir she lies to him to bring him closer to her mother and Tulsi tells Mihir not to get worried. Tulsi tells Mihir she doesn’t want to see him stress and she has brought the gift of Noina which he has ordered in the house. Mihir tells Tulsi he hasn’t ordered anything and Noina changes the topic.
Supriya gets angry on Vrinda because she doesn’t want to get married to Subhash and Nitin tells Supriya to calm down. Vrinda tells Supriya she doesn’t want to get married to Subhash and Nitin tells Supriya Subhash is a bad man. Supriya tells Vrinda if she refuses to marry Subhash then her mother will die.
Mitali lights the candle and Suchi brings Noina to cut the cake. Mitali asks Noina to make a wish before cutting the cake and Mihir also insists Noina. Everyone starts singing birthday songs and Noina cuts it after making a wish. Mitali takes the first bite,then Suchi and Noina give the bite to Mihir but Mihir tells Noina he has kept the fast. Tulsi gets happy to learn that Mihir has kept the fast and Mihir goes to break the fast. Tulsi and Mihir pray in front of the moon and they both break the fast. Tulsi brings the cake and feeds it Mihir this makes Noina suffocated because she can’t see Mihir with Tulsi. Noina goes to arrange the dinner and Noina tells herself that her birthday is spoiled. Suchi tries to control Noina and she reminds Noina that Mihir is Tulsi’s husband. Noina tells Suchi that Tulsi has spoiled her birthday and Suchi tells Noina that it’s Suhagan ki takat in Karwachauth. Noina throws the necklace and Tulsi sees Noina is angry. Tulsi tells Noina she has made her day and she tells Noina her birthday is lucky for her. Tulsi thanks Noina because she is having dinner with Mihir and she is blessed to have a friend like her. Mihir and Mitali come to the dining table and Mihir tells Noina he has called pandit ji to finalize the date of the engagement. Mitali takes Mihir and Tulsi at the dining table and Suchi tells Noina to calm down.
Noina thinks deeply about Tulsi spoiling her birthday and plan. Noina is taking stress and Noina comes to talk to Noina about something important. Mitali shows the video to Noina in which Angad is giving water to Vrinda and Mitali tells Noina she is feeling insecure. Mitali wants Noina to fire Vrinda right now and Noina tells Mitali to wait till 15 days. Mitali wants to sack Vrinda right but Noina asks her to calm and focus on her engagement date. Noina gets a call and Mitali leaves.
Mihir and Tulsi are back home and the red rose falls from Mihir’s coat. Tulsi asks Mihir whom he buys the red rose and Mihir tries to change the topic. Tulsi is happy to get the red rose and she understands that Mihir is lying.
