The episode starts with Prarthna talking to the doctor over the phone and says she had done her physical tests for IPS exam and she sent the report to her. Prarthna asks the doctor what do those reports mean as she cannot understand it. The doctor checks the reports and says to Prarthna that she cannot become a mother. Prarthna gets shocked and tells the bad news to her family. Pushpa comforts Prarthna. Chirag gets emotional.
Pushpa comes to Chirag and asks Chirag to be strong and says he also needs to support Prarthna.
Prarthna gets emotional thinking her life is over as she couldn’t be a mother. Bapodara and Susheela comfort Prarthna.
Kadambari gets a bruise due to the pregnancy belt. Kadambari cleans it with cotton.
Pushpa comes to Kadambari’s house and she gives laddoo to Kadambari. Pushpa notices blood on Kadambari’s saree and asks Kadambari what happened. Kadambari sneakily injures her finger and says to Pushpa that she has gotten her finger injured while cutting the vegetables and it is nothing more than that. Pushpa agrees. Pushpa while talking to Kadambari notices she is putting her hand at her waist and asks Kadambari what happened. Kadambari says she is feeling pain due to the pregnancy and nothing more than that and comments on it. Pushpa later leaves from there. Kadambari takes off the belt and she cleans the wound with cotton.
Pushpa comes to Sonal’s house. Pushpa says to Sonal that she would like to talk to Deepti alone. Sonal agrees and takes Swara and leaves from there.
Deepti hugs Pushpa. Pushpa comforts Deepti and says everything will get better. Deepti says everything will never get better. Pushpa asks Deepti what happened. Deepti says to Pushpa how she overheard Ashwin saying to Anjana that he loves her. Pushpa asks Deepti not to misunderstand Ashwin and says she knows Ashwin. Deepti comments on it. Pushpa says she doesn’t know what will happen but she decided to leave it to time and comments on it. Pushpa says to Deepti that she came here beacuse she needs a favour from her and says Prarthna has learned that she can never be a mother. Pushpa asks Deepti to come home and says Prarthna needs her. Deepti says she cannot do it. Pushpa says she understands her and leaves from there.
Bapodara and Susheela ask Prarthna to eat something but she doesn’t agree. Chirag comes to Prarthna and tries to cheer her up.
Kadambari throws the belt on the couch. Kadambari talks to the shop person and asks him to send her a new pregnancy belt. Munna comes to Kadambari’s house to take clothes for ironing. Kadambari says they are on the couch. Munna takes the pregnancy belt along with the clothes. Kadambari tries to stop Munna but Juggal comes there. Kadambari stops seeing Juggal. Munna leaves from there.
Kadambari thinks if she should go to Munna or not. Juggal gets ready to leave to Patoda association. Juggal asks Kadambari if she is alright as she is sweating. Kadambari has she is fine.
Pushpa comes to Bapodara’s house. Prarthna asks Chirag to leave her alone. Chirag says to Prarthna that he is just trying to cheer her up and says she needs to report for duty soon. Prathna says she doesn’t want to be an IPS officer and says she wants to be a mother. Chirag reminds Prarthna it was their dream for her to be an IPS officer and comments on it. Prarthna comments on it and leaves from there.
