The episode begins with Pihu waiting for Siddarth in the room. Siddarth comes there and praises the decorations. Pihu asks him why he is late. Siddarth teasingly asks her whether she has any other intentions. Pihu asks him to answer her question first. Siddarth replies he was talking to Shashwat. He says Shashwat is a good man. Pihu tells him that Shashwat was not a good man in the past.
Siddarth says everyone has a past, and it’s important how they change themselves for the better. Pihu asks him whether he also has a past. Siddarth nods at her. He says he went with his parents for a marriage function. And he wanted to spend time with his friends, so he told his drunk father to drive. He blames himself for his parents’ accident.
Pihu feels bad for him. Siddarth tells her that he just focused on work after his parents’ death. And one day he saw Pihu in the hospital. He says he felt like his guilt and pain disappeared after seeing her. Pihu smiles hearing this. Siddarth tells her that her family accepted him, which is a bonus for him. Pihu asks him to never blame himself for his parents’ death. She says she will be with Siddarth forever. She tells him that she also made mistakes in the past. She thanks God for sending Siddarth into her life. And Siddarth makes her feel secure, and he changed her.
Siddarth asks her about her past. Pihu asks him whether he will judge her. Siddarth tells her that he loves her, so he won’t judge her. Pihu reveals her and Anurag’s story to him. She also tells him about Shashwat and Ishani’s story. And she did wrong with Anurag because she could not handle the rejection. She says Ishani loves her the most, and Ishani is in pain now. But she doesn’t know what to do to reunite Ishani and Anurag.
Siddarth asks her whether he can do something. Pihu asks him what he can do. Siddarth says he will talk to Anurag. Pihu says thanks to him and hugs him. Siddarth tells her that he is part of the family, so she need not thank him. Pihu reminds him it’s their first night. Siddarth hugs her (the Tum Kya Mile song plays in the background).
The next day, Pihu and Siddarth go to Anurag’s house. Anurag gets surprised seeing them. Pihu introduces Siddarth to Anurag. Anurag asks them what they will drink. Pihu tells him that there is no need for that. Siddarth tells Anurag that they had breakfast already. Anurag gives sweets to them and congratulates them. Pihu says everything happened fast. Anurag tells Siddarth that Pihu is a really intelligent girl. Pihu tells Anurag that Siddarth is a doctor and his sense of humor is good. Anurag says now he knows whom to contact if he becomes unwell. Siddarth asks Anurag to contact him anytime. Pihu asks Anurag whether he doesn’t miss Ishani.
