The episode starts with Mitti telling Chirag that he has woken up really early. Chirag agrees and says he wants to see Akash today. Mitti agrees.
Akash suddenly starts coughing. The nurse asks Akash if he is alright. Akash says he has had an allergy attack and asks the nurse to call the doctor. The nurse immediately leaves.
Mitti helps Chirag get ready for school. She receives a call from the nursing home, asking her to come quickly as Akash’s condition has deteriorated. Mitti asks Pushpa to send Chirag to school and says she has to leave immediately.
On the way, Gudiya asks Mitti why Akash’s health has suddenly worsened when he was getting better. Mitti says she doesn’t know and comments on it.
When Gudiya and Mitti reach Akash’s room, they don’t find him there. Gudiya asks the nurse where Akash is. The nurse replies that Akash has gone for a procedure. As they are about to leave, Mitti notices gladiolus flowers in the room.
Mitti goes to Prithvi and asks who kept those flowers in Akash’s room. Prithvi asks what happened. Mitti tells him that Akash is allergic to gladiolus flowers and that in his current condition, it could even be life-threatening. Prithvi is shocked to hear this. He questions the nurse about who placed the flowers, but the nurse says she doesn’t know. It is shown that Suhana was the one who placed the gladiolus flowers in Akash’s room.
Prithvi and the Malhotra family question the hospital administration about who put the flowers there. The administration says they don’t know and adds that they can’t check the corridor’s CCTV footage because the camera isn’t working.
Meanwhile, Satendra eats breakfast with his father. He receives information from his informant about the murder attempt on Akash and leaves soon after.
Rohit tells Akash’s father that he is sure Mitti is the one who placed the flowers in Akash’s room to kill him. Rohit says he will call the cops, but Akash’s father reminds him that they brought Akash here secretly so no one would know about his suicide attempt, and asks if he still wants to reveal everything.
Mitti talks to Gudiya and wonders who could have placed the flowers, as only very close people to Akash know about his allergy. Gudiya asks whom she suspects. Mitti says she’s thinking about Naina but adds that Naina is in a coma and comments on it.
Akash asks Prithvi to get him discharged from the hospital. Prithvi says he must stay for at least two more days as he is still very sick. Akash criticizes the hospital and asks Prithvi if he really believes these people will save him. Prithvi asks what guarantee there is that Akash will be safe at home. Akash asks if Prithvi suspects Mitti. Akash says Mitti can never harm anyone and that he knows his wife well. Prithvi reminds Akash that Mitti is a wife who knows about her husband’s affair and might be seeking revenge.
The nurse tells Suhana that even though she has been here for only a few days, the doctor keeps calling for her and jokes that she should have been a doctor instead of a nurse. Suhana replies that she always wanted to be a nurse to achieve her goal.
Mitti returns to her boutique, where Satendra meets her. Mitti asks why he is so interested in this case. Satendra talks about the many twists and turns and says he came to understand things better, as he knows there was an attempt on Akash’s life today.

Precap: Mitti asks Satendra how it feels when she realizes her husband has done something wrong and her ex-stalker comes in uniform to trouble her. Satendra says he isn’t a stalker. Mitti asks why he’s doing this. Satendra replies that it’s because he cares for her.
