The episode begins with Jhanak’s teacher visiting Jhanak to congratulate her. She says they arranged a ceremony to honor Jhanak for excelling in the exams. She asks Jhanak to call Rishi to attend the ceremony. Parashar says Rishi is a busy police officer, so he can’t come. The teacher says they are proud of Jhanak. Parashar praises Jhanak’s skills. The teacher says she is sure Jhanak will pass the NEET exam and will become a good doctor. Jhanak tells Teacher that she is nervous this time because she did not have a guide to prepare for the NEET exam. Parashar says he failed to support Jhanak well. Mangal says he is sad he could not see Jhanak giving an interview. The teacher asks him not to worry because in the ceremony reporters will come to interview Jhanak.
On the other side, Arshi blames Bablu and Anjana for Aditi’s suicide attempt. Anjana says she did not know Aditi would take this decision. Arshi says they know Aditi is emotionally weak, but still they told the truth to Aditi. And they wanted Jhanak to take Aditi’s place in this house; that’s why they did this. Aniruddh asks her what she is saying. Anjana says she brought prasad for Aditi from the temple. Aniruddh tells her to go and visit Rishi’s house. Arshi says Anjana and Bablu can’t visit Aditi. Anjana asks them not to fight. Arshi taunts them and goes inside. Aniruddh apologizes to Anjana and Bablu on behalf of Arshi.
In the Simulboni, Kanka says Rishi definitely won’t come. Sakhi asks Kanka to stop this. Jhanak asks Sakhi to calm down. She says her teachers are there, so let’s not fight now. She tells the teacher that she is excited to attend the ceremony and she will come definitely. But Rishi can’t come because he will be busy. The teacher says Rishi can take leave for a day. She asks Jhanak to call Rishi. Jhanak replies she will inform Rishi. Kanka asks how Jhanak can do that when her relationship ended with Rishi. The teacher asks Jhanak what’s the matter. Jhanak tells Teacher that relationship is not everything. And she wants to become a doctor to open a clinic in Simulboni. The teacher asks Jhanak to go abroad for higher studies. Jhanak says she doesn’t have that big of a dream.
Parashar says Nutan would be happy seeing Jhanak’s exam results. Jhanak says she has Nutan’s blessings. And she knows Nutan is watching her from the sky. The teacher says Jhanak is an inspiration to village girls, and they will decide to marry instead of getting married at a young age. She asks for Rishi’s number from Jhanak. She invites everyone to the ceremony. Jhanak says Simulboni gave so much to her, and now it’s her turn to do something for Simulboni.
Putul tells Dadabhai that Jhanak is not picking up the calls. Dadabhai says Jhanak must be angry. Putul tells him that Jhanak must be hurt. Neelu overhears their conversation. She goes to them. She says Aditi is happy finally, but Putul can’t tolerate it. And Putul doesn’t care about Rishi’s happiness either. Dadabhai tells Neelu that it’s not necessary to get involved in all the conversation. Neelu tells him that Putul is always right for him, but Putul is wrong. Dadabhai says Putul did not say Rishi should leave Aditi and marry Jhanak. Putul says Dadabhai is alive because of Jhanak.
Neelu warns Putul not to try to bring Jhanak to their house. She says Rishi is not unmarried and lets him live peacefully with Aditi. And Jhanak doesn’t match their level. Putul says even Neelu doesn’t match her in-laws’ level. Neelu says she upgraded herself. She taunts Putul for leaving her in-laws’ house. Dadabhai asks Neelu to stop it. Neelu tells him that Putul is his favorite daughter. Dadabhai tells Neelu to go and focus on her married life.
Jhanak gets emotional seeing Rishi’s photo in the newspaper. Parashar also sees this and asks what’s the news. Jhanak tells him that it’s an old newspaper. And Rishi defended Parashar in that article. Parashar asks her whether she talked to Rishi. Jhanak tells him that she will take care of Simulboni, so he should stop everything. She says she is scared for Parashar. Parashar tells her not to worry because nothing will happen to him. He says Nutan also used to say it like this. Jhanak tells him that she lost Nutan and she doesn’t want to lose him. She says Parashar’s life is precious to her. She asks him to take a rest. Parashar tells her that he can’t do that. He asks her to be happy, and that’s enough for him.
