The episode starts with Pushpa and others arriving at the hospital. Sonal informs Pushpa that the doctor is checking on Deepti. The doctor comes out and tells Deepti’s family that she can be operated on only after her high blood pressure is brought under control. Meanwhile, Rekha shows Deepti to her associate.
Kadambari pretends to be in labour and gets admitted to the same hospital as Deepti. She asks the chawl members and Mahendra not to inform Juggal about her labour pains since he has just left for Jamnagar, and she doesn’t want him to feel stressed.
Sonal and Pushpa comfort Deepti and ask her not to worry. Pushpa then receives a call from Mahendra saying that Kadambari has also been admitted to the same hospital. Deepti says that both their pregnancy journeys began at the same time and hopes everything goes well for them both.
Rekha tells Kadambari that Prashant is keeping an eye on Deepti and assures her that she will definitely get one of Deepti’s babies. Hasmukh calls Juggal and informs him about Kadambari’s labour pain. Juggal immediately leaves his meeting and rushes to the hospital to be with her. Pushpa tells her family members that Kadambari is also in labour. Chirag wonders how both women could be in labour at the same time, and Pushpa replies that such things can happen. Kadambari, meanwhile, thinks of sending Ashawari, Mahendra, and Hasmukh away.
Deepti begins to panic and asks the nurse why her surgery hasn’t started yet. She insists that it’s risky for her babies and requests a C-section immediately. Ashwin tries to calm her down. The doctor explains the complications of the surgery to Deepti’s family. Sonal and Pushpa plead with the doctor to save Deepti and her babies.
Kadambari then asks Rekha to call Hasmukh, Mahendra, and Ashawari inside. When they arrive, Kadambari tells them that the doctor said her delivery will take some time and that Rekha, her caretaker, will accompany her home. They finally agree and leave. Pushpa comes in and asks Kadambari how she’s feeling. Kadambari replies that the doctor said her pains have subsided for now, and the delivery will happen only when labour starts. She asks Pushpa to go and take care of Deepti, and Pushpa agrees.
Deepti is shifted to the operation theatre. Pushpa prays to God to save Deepti and her children. The doctor administers anesthesia to Deepti. Prashant updates Kadambari about the situation. Kadambari says, “Now we can execute our plan, Rekha.” Juggal enters and asks Kadambari if she’s fine. Kadambari nods, pretending to be calm, but is shocked to see him.
The nurse informs Pushpa’s family that Deepti needs blood. Sonal breaks down, and Pushpa consoles her, assuring that nothing will happen to Deepti or the babies. Kadambari sends Juggal to check on Deepti. Once he leaves, she tells Rekha that Juggal’s presence might spoil their plan. After meeting Pushpa and others, Juggal returns to Kadambari’s room. Kadambari worries about how to send him away.
