The episode starts with Satendra telling Mitti that she can do whatever she wants and that he is with her. Mitti stares at Satendra. Satendra clarifies that he means the police are with her. Mitti leaves from there.
Suhana recalls how she met Akash for the first time. It is shown that Akash was giving a CPR training class at Suhana’s nursing school. Suhana enters the class, and Akash teaches her how to perform CPR.
Suhana comes out of her trance and becomes emotional. She breaks down crying in the washroom.
Prithvi calls the number Akash gave him and informs Akash that the phone is switched off. Prithvi asks Akash if there’s anyone he suspects or if he has done anything recently that would make someone want to take revenge on him. Akash denies it. Akash asks if Prithvi suspects Mitti. Prithvi says if it were Mitti, she would have confronted him directly rather than leaving a note. Akash agrees. Prithvi adds that the person behind this isn’t ordinary, as he seems to know everything about Akash. Akash recalls the “Blue Mist” perfume sent by Suhana but doesn’t know that the sender is her.
Mitti walks aimlessly on the road, lost in thoughts of Akash, and nearly meets with an accident. Satendra pulls her to safety and tells her to be careful. The car driver apologizes and drives away.
Suhana recalls how Akash flirted with her the day after the CPR class. It is shown that Suhana was having lunch on a bench when Akash approached her, praising her beauty. During their conversation, Suhana tells him it was her late father’s dream for her to become a nurse. Akash comforts her.
Suhana cries again in the washroom. Nirmala comes in and asks if she is alright. Suhana covers her mouth and continues to cry silently.
After a while, Nirmala tells Suhana that she can’t hide her tears and advises her to forget the past or she’ll never be able to move forward. Suhana says she is trying and then feeds sweets to Nirmala to show that she’s fine.
Satendra tells Mitti that he expected something like this to happen considering her mental state. Mitti thanks him. Satendra reminds her that seven years ago, he tried to warn her about Akash’s bad reputation, but she didn’t believe him. Mitti scolds herself for not seeing the truth back then.

Precap: Mitti sneaks into Akash’s room and finds a note written by Suhana to Akash in the dustbin. After reading it, Mitti decides that Suhana will become her weapon to expose Akash.
