Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi 29th October 2025 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode opens with Khushi, a free-spirited young girl who lives life on her own terms, without worrying about what others might think. One morning, she playfully enters a pond to pluck lotuses for a temple offering. A group of children gather around her, cheering her on as she collects more flowers. Khushi, enjoying their encouragement, continues joyfully without a care in the world.
Meanwhile, Sweety, another young girl, is being told by her mother Mamta to groom herself — even suggesting she get her eyebrows done. Mamta’s ultimate wish is that her daughter receives blessings from the temple priest, believing that those blessings will help Sweety find a good husband in the future. At that very moment, Khushi returns home, drenched but glowing with happiness after her adventure in the pond. Seeing Khushi, Sweety becomes envious — she knows the priest’s blessings often bring good fortune, and she doesn’t want Khushi to receive them.
Mamta takes advantage of the situation. When Khushi goes to freshen up, Mamta and Sweety secretly take all the lotus flowers Khushi had collected and rush to the temple ahead of her. To make sure Khushi can’t follow them in time, they even block the door from outside. Soon after, Khushi’s absence is noticed, and people begin to ask Mamta and Sweety where she is. They both remain silent, pretending not to know anything.
When Rajkumar, Mamta’s husband, questions her about Khushi, Mamta becomes irritated. Rajkumar still shows affection toward Khushi, who is actually his late wife’s daughter, and Mamta cannot stand that. She snaps at him, accusing him of caring more for Khushi than for her own daughter, Sweety.
Meanwhile, Khushi refuses to be defeated. Though locked inside, her determination to offer the pooja at the temple gives her courage. She climbs to the roof and bravely jumps down, running all the way to the temple. At the temple, Mamta lies to the priest, claiming that Sweety was the one who plucked the lotus flowers. But just then, the main priest arrives and recognizes the truth. Khushi appears, breathless yet radiant, and he blesses her instead. He declares that Khushi will live a life as blessed and royal as a queen’s — leaving Mamta and Sweety stunned.
In another part of the story, an elderly couple, Kuldeep and Nandita, share a deep bond filled with mutual affection and fear of losing one another. Their daughter-in-law, Aradhya, enters their room to give Nandita her medicines. Nandita wishes to fast for a religious occasion, but her family dissuades her because of her health. Later, Nandita wakes her husband, Vikram, as the household prepares for a celebration.
Despite their joy, a painful memory lingers — their daughter once eloped with a driver, a decision that still invites ridicule from their other children, Queeny and Vikram Jr. The old couple, however, continue to honor their daughter’s memory by giving alms to the poor. Their son-in-law Diljit apologizes for the younger generation’s insensitive comments, trying to comfort them.
The episode shifts to Krishna, a mischievous boy who pretends to be a police officer after borrowing a costume from a friend acting in a play. He even catches some local troublemakers while in disguise. However, when returning the uniform, he’s told to get it ironed first. Krishna takes it to Khushi’s ironing shop, where she insists he wait his turn. Annoyed, he lies that he’s an actor himself, but Khushi quickly catches his bluff. Irritated by his lie, she angrily presses the costume — and accidentally burns it. Krishna later discovers the damage, setting the stage for yet another confrontation between the two.
The episode ends.
Precap: Nandita will insist her mother to ask apology from her father. Krishna will be asked to give a fraud witness against Rajkumar.
