The episode opens with Sachin, who brings a couple from Dubai to the temple to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. Since the couple has no family in India, Sachin decides to make their day special. His thoughtful gesture deeply touches Sayali, who feels proud of her husband’s kindness and willingness to do so much for two complete strangers. Inspired by his compassion, she requests Sachin to invite the couple to their home for a small celebration. She also feels that this would be a good opportunity for them to indirectly gather some information about Roshni and her family, whose recent behaviour has been suspicious.
While Sachin is making arrangements, he suddenly learns that Roshni secretly met Chitti at the same temple earlier. The news shocks him, leaving him completely speechless and confused about Roshni’s true intentions.
Meanwhile, Sayali prepares a grand meal for their special guests. Riya, noticing her sincerity and warm hospitality, appreciates her wholeheartedly for being so generous. However, when Renuka discovers that Sachin has invited two guests without consulting her, she becomes furious. She scolds him for not informing the elders beforehand. But Paresh, trying to maintain peace, intervenes and tells Renuka to let the matter go since the guests are already invited. Reluctantly, Renuka decides to drop the issue, and calm returns to the household.
Sayali’s delicious cooking fills the home with an appetizing aroma, attracting both Riya and Roshni to the kitchen. Roshni soon learns from their conversation that Sachin has invited a couple who recently arrived from abroad. However, she is unaware that they are from Dubai. Akash too eagerly waits to taste Sayali’s mouth-watering food.
A while later, the much-awaited Dubai couple finally arrives at the Deshmukh residence. As they introduce themselves, Renuka becomes visibly excited upon hearing that they have come from Dubai. She immediately calls Roshni, curious to ask her questions related to the city. However, by then, Roshni has already overheard that the couple is from Dubai, and she becomes extremely nervous. Fearing that they might recognize her or expose her secret, Roshni quickly fabricates a story of having a severe toothache to avoid meeting them.
She steps out of her room pretending to be in pain. Renuka, still suspicious, asks her several questions about the area where she lived in Dubai, but Roshni gives vague answers and avoids eye contact. Paresh advises her to visit a nearby dental clinic for treatment, and Riya insists on accompanying her. Although Roshni tries to refuse, Riya’s persistence leaves her no choice but to agree.
At the clinic, Roshni’s anxiety grows as she fears being recognized. Riya urges her to lie down for the check-up, and the dentist examines her teeth, diagnosing her with cavities. Riya insists that she should get them treated immediately, but Roshni hesitates, afraid of the procedure.
Back at home, the Dubai couple leaves after a pleasant visit. Later, Roshni returns from the clinic, visibly uncomfortable. Sachin and Sayali come to know that she genuinely has cavities. To lighten the mood, Riya distributes ice cream among everyone in the family. Unfortunately, Roshni, unable to eat due to her dental pain, looks on helplessly as everyone enjoys their treat—her discomfort symbolizing the growing tension and secrets she continues to hide.
