The episode starts with Akash asking Prithvi if he knows how much problem he will get into if the case reopens. Prithvi says nothing will happen as there is no proof against him. Akash reminds Prithvi that there is a girl who is threatening him and asks Prithvi what if she comes forward. Akash says he doesn’t know what will happen to him if another Naina comes forward. Prithvi asks Akash how many Naina’s are there in his life. Akash says he doesn’t know. Akash says he likes girls who look like damsel in distress and he spends time with them. Akash says after spending 2 months he moves on in his life. Akash says it doesn’t mean he loves his wife and child. Akash says he loves them very much. Akash says he cannot stand Mitti going against him. Akash asks Prithvi to find someone to keep an eye on Prithvi.
Suhana says to Mitti that after some time he stopped calling her and replying to her messages. Suhana says her mother wanted to do marriage as quickly as possible. Suhana says she threatened him that if he doesn’t talk to her then she will tell everyone about them.
It is shown Akash calls Suhana and says to Suhana that he is married and he cannot leave his wife for her. Akash asks Suhana to forget about him and get married. Suhana argues with Akash and says she is not a use and throw toy. Akash comments on it.
Suhana says to Mitti the next day Suraj has come to her home and called off the wedding. Suhana explains to Mitti that Akash has sent her nude pics to Suraj.
Prithvi says to Akash that he cannot think of anyone right away to keep an eye on Mitti. Akash asks Prithvi to do something. Prithvi stays silent.
Suhana says Akash has later called her and threatened her that if she told anyone about him then he will make her nude pics viral.
Suhana says she later went into depression. Her mother Nirmala asked her many times but she hasn’t said anything to her and comments on it.
Mitti says she can understand all of this but when did she send the perfume. Suhana is shown to have come to Pushpa’s house and she sends Pushpa away asking her for some water and she puts the perfume gift in Akash’s room and she spots Pushpa and asks her to give the sweet box to Mitti. Suhana later leaves from there.
Mitti asks Suhana why has she come here after this much time. Suhana says she saw someone raise their voice against Akash. Suhana says she got courage and she gathered money and came here to Chandigarh. Suhana says she applied for job in Akash’s hospital but she couldn’t get it.
Suhana says she got a job in Chandrika nursing home and the coincidence is that after Akash fake suicide attempt he is admitted in their hospital. Mitti asks Suhana how does she know it was fake suicide attempt. Suhana says the whole hospital knows about but everyone is silent as Akash is the top cardiologist in Punjab and comments on it. Mitti asks Suhana if she wanted to kill Akash. Suhana says she had a lot of chances to kill him but she wanted to make his life a living hell and poison it that is why she did those things and she quite enjoyed seeing Akash being scared.
Mitti talks to Suhana and asks Suhana if she will give her testimony in the court against Akash. Suhana says she is ready.
Satendra eats ice cream with his children and he spots Suhana and Mitti leaving together in a car.
