The episode opens with Sanjay discovering the shocking truth about the illegal racket that Hetal has been secretly involved in. Furious and determined to expose her, he confronts Hetal directly, bringing up the name of Dharmesh to make her realise that he knows everything about her hidden dealings. Caught off guard, Hetal panics and becomes visibly nervous. Sanjay warns her that he will reveal the entire truth to Anvita along with solid evidence unless she agrees to follow his instructions. Feeling cornered, Hetal is left with no choice but to obey him, terrified that her secret might be exposed.
Meanwhile, Virat decides to take the children to the hospital canteen to ease the tense atmosphere. Hetal, still shaken, enters the room to see her husband Suhas, who lies in a critical condition. In another corner, Sidhu expresses confusion over why Anvita refused to donate a part of her liver to save her father. However, Bandya understands there is a deeper, unspoken reason behind Anvita’s decision—one that others have failed to grasp. He believes that one day, everyone will understand Anvita’s sacrifice and accept her with love once again.
A while later, Virat returns with a cup of tea for Anvita, sensing the emotional turmoil she is going through. He realises how everyone has misjudged her, labeling her as selfish for refusing the donation. But Virat knows her decision was not out of indifference; she was thinking of her children’s future. If something were to happen to her, Hetal and Suhas would never care for her kids as she would. Understanding this, Virat holds Anvita’s hand and assures her of his unwavering emotional support, silently acknowledging the pain behind her choice.
Outside, Bandya tries to make Sidhu understand Anvita’s perspective, but Sidhu remains puzzled and conflicted. Meanwhile, Bunny and Chidiya also misunderstand Anvita, joining the other neighbours in criticizing her for neglecting her father in his time of need.
