The episode opens with Virat gently comforting Anvita in the hospital corridor, offering her strength as she worries about her father’s critical condition. In the midst of their conversation, Virat unknowingly leaves behind an important medical report — the one confirming that Bandya is a potential liver donor for his father. As they talk, Anvita opens up about having learned of Virat’s painful past. She reveals that she understands now why Virat used to avoid hospitals — ever since the tragic death of his brother, the sight of hospital walls has haunted him. Deeply moved by her concern, Virat promises that he will do everything in his power to save her father. He assures her that she will not have to endure the same agony of loss that once shattered his own life. Touched by his words and his vulnerability, Anvita feels an emotional connection and instinctively leans in to embrace him.
Just then, Hetal, standing at a distance, witnesses the growing closeness between them. Feeling threatened and jealous, she immediately reports what she saw to Sanjay. Sanjay, growing suspicious, instructs her to put an end to their private exchanges. To break the moment, Hetal fakes a sudden fall, crying out in pain. Concerned, Anvita rushes to help her, and Hetal cleverly asks Anvita to step out to bring some water. Once Anvita leaves, Hetal quickly changes into a nurse’s uniform and sneaks into Suhas’s room.
Suhas is startled at first to see Hetal disguised as a nurse, but she lightens the moment by suggesting they escape for some spicy street food. Delighted at the idea, Suhas agrees, and they slip out of the hospital unnoticed. However, their luck doesn’t last long — as they are about to leave, Anvita arrives unexpectedly. Startled, Hetal swiftly hides Suhas and hurries him out of the hospital before Anvita can react. When Anvita realizes her father has disappeared, she panics and furiously confronts the hospital authorities, who seem clueless. Soon, a security guard confides that Hetal was seen taking Suhas away.
Meanwhile, Hetal and Suhas enjoy spicy food on the roadside, laughing and momentarily forgetting their troubles. But the situation turns grim when Dharmesh’s men appear and corner Hetal. They threaten her, demanding that she bring her children to them immediately, warning that they will abduct them otherwise. Terrified, Hetal promises to comply and return soon.
Back at the hospital, Dr. Khanna loses his patience with the family’s chaos. He harshly tells Virat to discharge Suhas, claiming the hospital’s reputation is suffering because of them. Reluctantly, Virat arranges for Suhas to be taken home. Anvita, furious and heartbroken, lashes out at Hetal for her reckless behavior.
Later, Anvita catches two men involved in illegal organ trading and, in desperation to save her father, considers making a deal with them. Meanwhile, Bandya makes a shocking discovery from the misplaced report — he is not Suhas’s biological son, a revelation that threatens to unravel the entire family.
