The episode starts with a Mallika saying to Vishaka that we have to reveal the truth to Vikrant before Mannat. They are trying to earn his trust by revealing the truth in evening. If she reveal the truth to him first he will trust her more. We can turn over the table. Vikrant will think that they don’t want to reveal the truth to him. Vishaka says that her plan is good. But how will they execute it? Mannat always giving a hard time to her. She is determined to ruin her plan. Mallika says that Mannat isn’t in home. If she execute her plan now it’s a piece of cake. Vishaka says that she is very smart. Roni is admiring Vikrant’s picture. He expressed his love for him. Neetu confessed her feelings for her son. She says that she was wrong but she loves her son a lot. Meanwhile, Dadi wants to meet Dhairya. She notices Dhairya there. She wish to alert him. The nurse stops her. She pleads with the nurse to leave her.
The nurse says that she is creating a scene here. Mannat is giving the Diwali gifts to the elders. Dhairya demands the compounder to give the patient lists. He asks him to give the ID details of them. The nurse says that no one contacted him from this place. Dhairya says that she is wrong. Someone called him from this place. That person was determined to talk with him. It means she wants to share something with him. He thinks that she may related to some case he handled. Mannat thinks that Dhairya looks tensed. A reporter takes Mannat’s picture. She stops her. She says that she wants to give this gift to her from heart. She doesn’t need this publicity. The reporter says that she came here to collect some other news. Seeing Mannat gifting them it melts her heart. She wish to cover this news first. What if more people donate something to this place seeing her act. Mannat agrees to her.
Later, Vishaka drinks the fake blood and pretends like coughing. Neetu and Roni are worried for her. Mallika is recording their video. Vishaka says that she is going to die. She wants to hug her son for the last time. She says that they separated her from her Aman. She is provoking Neetu and Roni there. Meanwhile, Mannat notices a woman coughing. She goes to bring her medicine. The nurse fears that dadi is in upstairs. Mannat shouldn’t see her. Dadi pushed the nurse and runs from there. Thr compounder informs the nurse about it. Meanwhile, Vishaka created a scene in Saluja house. She brings the past there to argue with them. She narrated everything in framing Neetu as a culprit. Neetu confessed that she was wrong but it’s an argument. Dadi sold Aman to her. Vishaka isn’t a good mom to him. She couldn’t have give this luxurious and upbringing to him. He become a businessman under her guidance. She accused Vishaka is a greedy person that’s why she sold her son. Vishaka lies that Dadi sold him. She was hurt at that time. Neetu says that she would have bring Dhairya along with Vikrant if she know Vishaka’s character at that time. She argues with her. Mallika records everything. The nurse captured Dadi. Mallika and Vishaka are decided to reveal the truth to Vikrant in Mezbani. Shalini hears it and thought to alert Mannat. Mannat notices the nurse attacking Dadi and saves her.
