The episode starts with Siddhu telling Suhas that Mahesh has a soft corner for Hetal, so he gave all the groceries in free. Hetal gets happy while Suhas gets confused. Bandya mocks Hetal, so Siddhu secretly punches him, which leads Bandya to drop something. He quickly takes it before anyone sees it. Just then, Anvita enters the house. Chitti praises Anvita for her efforts to save Suhas. All her siblings praise her. Hetal gets irked. Suhas praises Anvita. Anvita gets tensed, recalling the demand of the donor’s mother. Hetal insists everyone celebrate it, and she puts on a song. Everyone dances. Anvita looks anxious, but she forces a smile when Suhas looks at her.
Afterwards, Anvita has a breakdown in the park. Diya goes to her and gets shocked to see Anvita’s condition, so she asks her what happened. While the people who have been fooling Anvita to loot her tell each other that they shouldn’t let Anvita know their truth. Back at the park, Diya learns that the donor’s mothers demand is Anvita. Anvita wonders how to make arrangements for the fifteen lakh rupees so that she can able to save Suhas. She badly cries and says if she doesn’t have any other option, then she will donate her kidney to Suhas. Diya comforts Anvita and tells her clearly that her friend will find a way this time, too, for sure. Virat hears their conversation from a distance, and he gets shocked.
Here, Suhas shares his concern with Hetal about Anvita’s weird behaviour, but the latter assures him that everything is fine. Just then, Sanjay arrives there, and he learns Anvita is upset, so he questions both of them. Hetal assures him that Anvita is fine. She also tells Sanjay that she didn’t do anything to separate Anvita and Virat when Sanjay questions and threatens her that he will send her to the prison with the proofs he has against her. Hetal gets worried.
Diya takes Anvita to a place where kidney selling happens in an illegal way. Anvita gets scared after entering it, so she comes out. Diya takes the person’s number, assuring to return after her friend calms down, then leaves. While Virat’s mother visits him. Virat asks her to give him fifteen lakh rupees so that he can able to help Anvita. His mother argues with him. She then demands Virat to join his father’s business and marry his father’s choice of a girl. Virat firmly refuses it.
Here, Suhas calls the hospital to know when his surgery will take place. The nurse tells him it’s not assigned. Ward boy hears this, so he calls Suhas and scolds him for failing to make arrangements for 15 lakh rupees. Suhas gets shocked. Later, both Suhas and Anvita have a light-hearted conversation before Suhas goes to sleep. In the middle of the night, Suhas goes out. Anvita wakes up hearing the door sound, and she gets confused.
