The episode begins with Krishna spotting the waiter secretly adding something to a cup of coffee. He rushes to stop it but bumps into Khushi on the way. Without delay, he sits in front of Baldev and warns him not to drink the coffee because the waiter put something bad in it. Baldev and his lawyer get suspicious and question the waiter about what he added.
After Krishna pressures him, the waiter finally admits that a scary man threatened him to mix poison into the coffee. Baldev is shocked, thinking about this hidden plot against him.
Fear hits Baldev hard as he imagines what could have happened. He thanks Krishna a lot for saving his life. As a thank-you, he offers Krishna some money, but Krishna refuses to take it. Baldev is surprised by Krishna’s honesty and asks why he won’t accept the cash. Krishna explains it’s because of the important lessons he learned from Khushi recently. Samir jumps in and asks for a different favor—he says a job would help Krishna more. Baldev agrees and tells Krishna to come to his office the next day. Khushi is waiting outside for Baldev, but he doesn’t pick up her calls. In the end, she’s told to meet him at the office tomorrow too.
Krishna goes home to get blessings from his mother, but she barely remembers him because of her health issues. Still, Krishna asks for her blessings anyway.
Meanwhile, Diljit scolds his workers for messing up the poison plan in the coffee. They suggest he should leave the city quickly to stay safe. When Nandita hears that someone tried to kill her husband, she feels very sad and upset. Baldev starts wondering if his own kids are behind this evil act. At first, he thinks about kicking them out of the house, but Nandita calms him down. She reminds him not to make another big mistake like in the past, so Baldev cools off.
Then, Rajkumar has another heart attack and fights for his life, which makes Khushi even more heartbroken. The doctor checks him and tells Khushi that Rajkumar needs surgery right away, and it will cost five lakh rupees.
