The episode starts with Anvita rushes outside, calling Baba. She sees the door is locked, so she goes to Diya and informs her that Suhas isn’t here. They both searches for him. Diya asks Anvita to call Sanjay. Anvita calls, but she is unable to contact him. Both of them look worried. While Suhas gets into a cab and he recalls taking something from the house before leaving from there.
Here, Anvita wakes Hetal up and tells her Suhas went somewhere. While Diya wakes both Bandya and Siddhu up and informs them that Suhas isn’t in the house. Hetal gives an irresponsible response, so Anvita gets frustrated. Anvita asks Hetal to tag with her to find Suhas. Hetal tells her that Suhas must have gone out to have some alcohol. She also says that she will stay with the kids. But Anvita refuses to let Hetal stay with the kids alone. She orders Hetal to tag with her. Hetal complains about it, but she agrees. She then gets shocked seeing that her mobile is missing. She realises Suhas took her phone with him so she is eager to find Suhas.
Here, Suhas recalls his conversation with the man who agrees to give liver in return for Suhas’s kidney. While, Virat tries to convince his ex crime partner to give him 15 lakh rupees in advance before he completes the work. He fails, so he gets upset. Back at Anvita’s place, both Anvita and Hetal get into an argument. Diya advises them to focus on finding Suhas. She also asks Anvita to call Virat. Anvita calls, but Virat doesn’t answer the call. Hetal buys snacks without any care, so Anvita gets frustrated.
Diya asks Anvita to think about the place where Suhas must be. Anvita says to herself that she should think like Suhas. She recalls everything that’s happened till now. She then wonders and worries whether Suhas got to know about her plan to sell her kidney. Her worries increase. Meanwhile, Virat sees Suhas’s cab passing him. He tries to stop but fails, so he calls Anvita and informs her about it. Anvita gets shocked, realising that her assumption is true. To get a strong confirmation, she calls her siblings and confirms with them that the kidney smuggler number isn’t in her pen. She gets into a cab to find Suhas. She asks both Sanjay and Virat to reach the location she is sending them. They agree.
Here, Suhas meets the man who assures him about the kidney liver exchange. He warns the man about the consequences if anything happens to him. But the man assures Suhas about his safety. While Anvita reaches the place with Diya and Hetal. Virat and Sanjay also arrive there. They both get into an argument, but Anvita stops them. Sanjay scolds Hetal for failing to fulfil her words. But Hetal advises him. Inside, the man makes Suhas unconscious, and he begins to operate Suhas. But Anvita and others enter the place and take a bleeding Suhas to the hospital where Suhas is taking treatment.
