The episode starts with the ward boy stopping Hetal and the kids saying that Hetal’s entry is restricted after whatever she has done the previous time. Hetal puts up an act, but she fails to convince the ward boy. So she decides to take Chidiya with her, but Chidiya says that she will be with Suhas, and then she leaves with her other siblings. Hetal leaves from there. While Anvita learns through Dr.Khanna about the health condition of Suhas. She gets worried that she has only twenty-four hours left to save Suhas’s life. She recalls the demand of the donor’s mother and panics.
Dr.Kavya arrives and asks Anvita to sign the consent form. The latter gets surprised seeing the donor’s mother at the hospital completing the formalities. Anvita meets the donor’s mother and questions her about her change in decision. The FB shows in which Virat meets the donor’s mother and gives the fifteen lakh rupees. He also requests her not to disclose Anvita about this. The donor’s mother demands him to give his watch to her. Virat gives it to her. In the present, the donor’s mother lies to Anvita , and her sons firm decision has changed her heart. Anvita sees the hand of the donor’s mother and realises Virat is the one who has secretly helped her. She then meets the donor and learns through that guy the reason behind his decision to donate his liver.
Outside the hospital, Hetal has food. Sanjay goes there, and he threatens her again about the consequences of her failing to help him. Hetal tells him that she can’t able to do anything to keep an eye on Anvita and Virat. Both Bandya and Siddhu decide to do a DNA test to find out Siddhu’s real father identity. They both lie to their younger siblings , who are going to the temple inside the hospital. They all decide to accompany them, but both Bandya and Siddhu convince the kids and send all of them from there
Here, the doctor and his team begin Suhas’s surgery. Virat arrives there. Anvita takes him aside and tries to make him confess it’s him who has helped her, but Virat convinces her that someone else has helped her. The FB shows in which Virst buys a duplicate watch for him. In the present, Virat gives Anvita the watch and asks her to keep it with her. Just then, Sanjay arrives there, and he sees their closeness. He gets sad and upset.
Afterwards, Sanjay shares with Anvita about his efforts to save his father’s life years back. Anvita gets emotional. She then rushes inside, learning about the deteriorating health condition of Suhas. Everyone gets worried and sad.
Precap: Anvita and her siblings enter the operation theatre, so the doctor questions his subordinates for letting them enter inside. Anvita breaks down, so Virat hugs her along with her other siblings. While Suhas’s pulse drops, and he collapses.
