The episode starts with Mannat searching for Aishwarya and find her hiding in a room. She alerts Dhairya. Dhairya points the gun at Aishwarya and threatens her to surrender. Aishwarya placed a knife on a child and threaten to kill him. Dhairya and Mannat ask her not to hurt the child. Aishwarya holds Mannat as her hostage. She threatens to kill Mannat. Dhairya ordered her to to drop the knife down. Aishwarya says that Mannat ruined her life. She won’t leave her. Dhairya says that she won’t leave from here alive. Meanwhile, Gagan stops Mallika. He says that she isn’t allowed to go out. Mallika says that she knew well he don’t trust her. She shouldn’t have helped mom before. She won’t help her now. Mallika says that Aishwarya has a deep hate for Shruthi. If she escaped from the jail then she go straight to Shruthi not to meet Mallika. Gagan thinks that she is right. He wish to alert Shruthi.
Gagan asks Mallika to sleep and warn her not to go out. Mallika nodded to him. Gagan leaves to meet Shruthi. Mallika tried to sneak out of her room. Neetu notices her. She locked Mallika inside the room. Mallika gets frustrated. Meanwhile, Vikrant pleads with Aishwarya to leave Mannat. He diverts her and pulls Mannat close to him. Dhairya shoots Aishwarya. Vishaka disguised like a nurse and announced Aishwarya is dead. She leaves from there. Mannat is shocked there. Vikrant tried to console her. Another one doctor confirms Aishwarya’s death. Mannat is heartbroken. Dhairya apologized to Mannat. He consoles her. Vikrant is consoling Mannat but she fainted there. Later, Shruthi is noticing the ring. She gets emotional seeing the ring.
Neetu asks her what happened? Shruthi says that she saved money to buy this expensive ring for Aishwarya. Because she likes expensive things. She raised her well. She loved her a lot. Though she didn’t considered her as her sister but loved money. Neetu apologized to her. She says that no one would have talked with her for the way she tested Shruthi before. Shruti says that she is a human. it’s their nature to commit mistakes. She forgives her. Neetu says that she has a big heart. She asks her to accept her as her elder sister. Meanwhile, Dhairya asks the doctors to give their details. He wants the details of the doctor whom annouced Aishwarya’s death first. She says that she is the only duty doctor available at this time. Vikrant takes Mannat back to home. He reveals to them about Aishwarya’s death news.
