The episode starts with Jasleen asking the nurse if the doctor has told her anything new about Naina’s condition and asks the nurse when will she regain consciousness. The nurse says they cannot say anything but it will take time. The nurse leaves the room.
Mitti enters the room. Jasleen recognises Mitti and asks Mitti wash is she doing here. Mitti tries to explain to Jasleen that Akash is coming to the hospital to kill Naina as Naina’s uncle has called Akash and informs him that Naina might regain consciousness and if Naina regains consciousness then he will go to jail. Jasleen doesn’t believe Mitti as Mitti is Akash’s wife.
Simran spots Akash getting out of the car. The security guard asks Akash that he cannot park the car here as ambulance will come here. Akash drives the car away from there. Simran rushes into the hospital.
Simran comes to Jasleen and Mitti. Simran informs them that Akash has arrived. Jasleen hearing it believes Mitti. Mitti worries Akash will recognise Naina so she decides to bandage Naina’s face.
Satendra who is disguised as a doctor and ward boy take Naina out of the hospital. Akash passes by Satendra and Naina but he doesn’t recognise them as their faces are covered. Jasleen and Simran later join Satendra and leave the hospital together.
The nurse sees the patient is in the bed and she turns off the lights and leaves from there.
The nurse says to Akash that everything is fine and she has turned off the lights. Akash enters the door.
Satendra helps Naina get into the ambulance and tells the driver where he has to take Naina. Jasleen and Simran leave with Naina. Satendra goes to help Mitti.
Akash thinks it is Naina on bed and says to Naina that when women are quiet they are really good to look at but if she opens her mouth then it will be a problem for him so he came to kill her. Akash tries to stab Naina. Mitti stops Akash’s hand. Akash gets shocked it is Mitti on bed not Naina. Akash asks Mitti what is she doing here. Mitti comments on Akash and says to Akash that she will expose him. Mitti tries to press the call for help button. Akash stops Mitti. Akash pushes her away and escapes from the room. Mitti chases Akash.
Akash after entering the parking lot hides from Mitti. Mitti comes out of the hospital and doesn’t see Akash. Mitti understands Akash has escaped and gets emotional.
Satendra comes to Mitti and comforts her. Mitti says to Satendra that she knew Akash will attempt to kill Naina but when she saw him at that time she felt disgusted with herself as she wasn’t able to see Akash’s truth before and comments on it.
Mitti asks Jasleen and Simran not to tell anyone that Naina is with her and tells everyone that she doesn’t know who has taken Naina and says she will do everything to save Naina’s life. Simran praises Mitti as she is doing all of this for Naina without having a relationship. Mitti says they have relationship of pain.

Satendra invites Mitti to stay with him in his home. Mitti agrees. Mitti gets on his bike. A mysterious person takes a picture of Mitti and Satendra on bike.
