The episode starts with Satendra thinking Mitti is dead as he sees the doctor taking a body away. Suhana comes to Satendra. Satendra wipes his tears. Suhana clarifies to Satendra that Mitti is not the one that has passed by him but it was Naina. Suhana says to Satendra that Mitti is still getting treatment in the operation theatre. Suhana says to Satendra that they weren’t able to save Mitti’s baby and says she had a miscarriage. Satendra feels upset hearing it. Suhana says Mitti has injuries all over her body and comments on it. Suhana says she wishes Naina was alive in this accident.
Pavan slaps Prithvi as he helped Akash in his dark deeds. Prithvi says to Pavan that he had no choice beside helping Akash as Akash blackmailed him that he will expose his original marks list. Prithvi says to Pavan that Akash has also told him that he will ruin Pavan’s careeer. Pavan says to Prithvi that if his original marks list is exposed then he will hand him over to the cops himself and apologise to his patients. Pavan says he just needs to stand by Mitti to ruin Akash. Pavan asks Prithvi to tell Akash that he will not be able to do anything.
Mittal scolds Akash over the phone as he has tried to kill Mitti and Naina with a trick. Akash is shown to be intoxicated and reminds Mittal that he is the one who said to take care of Naina. Mittal says to Akash that he asked him to use his brain and medicine degree. Mittal says Naina is in a coma and she is pregnant. Mittal says he could have killed Naina on hospital bed and made it look like an accident but he was greedy and he wanted to kill Mitti along with Naina. Mittal says to Akash now because of what he has done the case will be reopened and if the baby’s DNA in Naina has been tested then he will be destroyed. Akash comments on it and cuts the call.
The next day, reporters ask the doctor about Mitti and Naina’s condition. The doctors say to the reporters that Mitti and Naina were already in critical condition when they have reached the hospital and they tried to save Naina and Mitti but they failed to save Naina and says Mitti is showing signs of recovery. The doctors after talking to the reporters leaves from there.
Chirag’s school teacher brings Chirag to the hospital. Chirag spots Satendra and goes to him. Chirag asks Satendra what happened to his mother. Satendra talks to Chirag’s teacher and they later go to meet Mitti.
Mitti regains consciousness. Suhana gives the bad news to Mitti that Naina is dead. Satendra and Chirag come to Mitti. Chirag asks Mitti how is she. Mitti apologises to Chirag as she failed to keep her promise of protecting the baby. Mitti gets emotional as Akash has won over them and comments on it. Satendra encourages Mitti to stay strong and says Naina has left them a weapon and says Naina’s baby is alive. Mitti feels relieved hearing it.
Naina’s friends protest to get justice for Naina and they talk to the reporters about it.
Mitti meets Naina’s baby and gives her a name Sampoorna.
Satendra later talks to Mitti and says to Mitti that he is once again appointed as the investigation officer of this case. Satendra says he will get justice to Naina. Satendra says to Mitti that all the people are doing candle march and asks Mitti to go in his behalf also and light a candle as he couldn’t go due to his duty. Mitti agrees.
