The episode starts with Aviraj bringing a water bottle. He removes his shirt, wets it, and makes Kajal wear it. Kajal looks surprised. Aviraj tells her that now she can escape easily and asks her to leave from the main door. Kajal refuses to leave without him and says he must give a statement to the police proving her innocence, otherwise she will tell them that he kidnapped her. Aviraj reminds her that he promised to help and he will keep his word, swearing on her. He says if she stays, her life will be in danger and he will face kidnapping and murder charges. He asks her to give him her hand so they can escape together. Kajal holds his hand.
Kajal and Aviraj come out of the room and search for a way out. Meanwhile, Bindi struggles to escape from Saurav’s grip to save her mother. Both Saurav and Bindi scream Kajal’s name. Kajal and Aviraj enter another room that has not caught fire yet. Kajal starts coughing because of the smoke. Aviraj tries to calm her and tells her everything will be fine. Kajal then notices an open window above. She sees severe burn marks on Aviraj’s body. At the same time, Bindi also spots the same open window and tells Saurav that it is not burnt and they can enter through it to save her mother. Saurav wonders how they can reach that height, so Bindi shows him a haystack.
Aviraj asks Kajal to step on his shoulder and escape through the window. Kajal protests, saying his shoulder is injured, but Aviraj insists. Bindi climbs up using the haystack and calls out Kajal’s name. Kajal and Aviraj realise Bindi is there, and Kajal thinks she cannot let Aviraj and Bindi see each other. Aviraj urges Kajal to leave immediately. Kajal climbs up, and Bindi along with Saurav pull her out through the window. Bindi happily hugs Kajal. Aviraj watches them from inside. Saurav looks at the window but Aviraj hides. Aviraj feels relieved, thinking he fulfilled his promise to Bindi by saving her mother, and decides he must escape for the sake of his daughter too.
As he tries to leave, the gas cylinder explodes, throwing him to the floor. Bindi screams, “Lambu dost!” Kajal gets shocked and says, “Aviraj.” Kajal informs Saurav that Aviraj is still inside. Bindi pleads with Saurav to save him, saying he is her friend who risked his life to save her mother. Saurav realises Aviraj was the one helping Kajal all along. Damini arrives and explains that the fire brigade is on the way and since Kajal is safe, they must go to the police station. Bindi refuses to leave her friend behind and insists they stay until he is rescued.
