The episode starts with Neel talking on the phone, telling his friend that Delhi is a big city but there is nothing to do there. His friend asks him to return to Mussoorie with them so they can enjoy bicycle rides again. Neel refuses and says he is not mad to leave a luxurious life. He then remembers food and goes to the kitchen. Sowmya notices the mess created by Neel on the floor. She intentionally steps on Neel’s shoe and slips. She screams Adit’s name for help. Adit, Kusum, and Mangal rush there. Adit sees an injury on Sowmya’s hand and takes her to the hospital. Sowmya thinks, “To hurt Mangal, I can bear this pain.”
At the hospital,
Adit asks Mangal and Kusum who placed those things there. Mangal covers up for Neel and says she kept them there. Adit accuses Mangal of doing it intentionally. He warns her that if anything happens to his baby, he will not spare her, and lashes out. Mangal says it was a mistake and she did not do it deliberately, but Adit refuses to listen. Neel feels guilty. Kusum also scolds Mangal for carelessness. Adit calls Mangal selfish and warns her that if anything happens to his baby, he will never see her face again.
The doctor arrives. Adit anxiously asks about Sowmya and the baby. The doctor replies that Sowmya is fine but she has suffered a miscarriage and they couldn’t save the baby. Adit collapses on a chair. Mangal consoles him. Adit angrily says, “You got happiness after snatching my baby, right?” Mangal is stunned. Adit enters Sowmya’s room. Mangal tries to follow, but Kusum stops her, telling her not to face Sowmya after what she has done. She asks Mangal why she has changed so much and says, “Sowmya cares for your kids but you killed her baby.”
Inside, Adit learns that Sowmya and the baby are safe and the miscarriage happened to another woman. A nurse comes out and informs Kusum, Mangal, and Neel as well. They all feel relieved.
Sowmya emotionally tells Adit she cannot live if anything happens to their baby. Adit promises to take full care of her and the baby. They hug, and Mangal watches from the door’s glass window. Kusum enters and thanks God for protecting them. She says she will take care of Sowmya and the baby until delivery. Sowmya pretends to agree, saying they are safe because of her prayers. She notices Mangal and questions who threw the things in the hall. Adit says it was Mangal. Sowmya is shocked and wonders why Mangal took the blame. Adit tells her she must stay in the room and they will provide everything she needs. Sowmya thinks Adit should have scolded Neel and wonders why Mangal interfered.
Neel tells Mangal he never expected that his belongings would lead to such a situation. Mangal says if anything had happened to Sowmya or her baby, she would never forgive herself thinking he was responsible. She leaves. Sowmya overhears and thinks Mangal is trying to impress Neel, but it won’t happen.
Adit makes Sowmya lie down and leaves. Mangal enters the room and questions why she intentionally fell even after seeing obstacles in the hall. She asks what Sowmya’s plan is. Sowmya asks Mangal to stop blaming her and says she thought she came to apologize. Mangal says Sowmya’s attire has changed but her intentions are still the same and accuses her of trying to harm her and her children. She also accuses her of provoking Ishana and trying to separate Neel from them. Sowmya insists she has changed, but Mangal says a woman who can use her baby as a scapegoat can never be trusted with her children. She warns Sowmya and leaves. Sowmya thinks that this time she will snatch Mangal’s kids from her.
