The episode starts with Mitti while walking on the road thinking about Chirag.
Rohit comes into Chirag’s room and asks Kuljeet who was at the window and says he just saw someone at the window. Kuljeet says there is no one here. Rohit questions Kuljeet why was Chirag shouting Mummy. Kuljeet says it is normal for a child to think about his mother when he is sad and comments on it. Rohit argues with Kuljeet and asks Kuljeet if they should send Chirag to Mitti who doesn’t even have a place to live. Rohit says Mitti doesn’t even know that a woman’s place is at her husband’s feet. Kuljeet comments on it. Rohit notices the lunch box on bed. Rohit asks Kuljeet who brought this lunch box. Kuljeet stays silent. Rohit demands Chirag to tell him who has brought this lunch box. Kuljeet stops Rohit and says to Rohit that Pushpa has sent the lunch box as her due date is near and comments on it. Rohit leaves from there.
Akash says to Prithvi that he already told him once he saves 4 critical patients he would become a god. Prithvi says there is no denial he is a great doctor. Prithvi asks Akash to not get these kinds of troubles once all of this is over. Akash says he doesn’t intentionally get into all of this he can’t control himself and comments on it. Akash sees some people wearing T shirts on it is written go back Dr Malhotra. Prithvi decides to confront them. Akash stops Prithvi saying it is no use and comments on it.
Mitti dreams of seeing Chirag in the park and hugs him. Mitti later comes out of her dream and she sees it is not Chirag. The child’s mother comes there and accuses Mitti of being a child kidnapper. The mother asks Mitti to leave from there. The mother doesn’t listen to Mitti’s explanation. Mitti leaves from there.
Mitti gets a call from Gudiya. Mitti asks Gudiya how is Sandy’s mother. Gudiya says she has not been well. Gudiya asks Mitti how is she and apologises to Mitti for not being there for her. Mitti decides to lie to Gudiya that everything is fine here as if she told the truth Gudiya might vome to her leaving Sandy.
Akash and Prithvi see the hospital cctv footage and learn that Satendra has helped Mitti in taking Naina from the hospital. Akash thinks what is the connection in between Mitti and Satendra. Akash later says to Prithvi that they can create a story that Satendra and Mitti have an affair and they created this story to frame him. Akash asks Prithvi to keep an eye on Satendra’s house as he thinks Naina will be there and comments on it.

Precap:-Two goons come to Satendra’s house disguised as doctors and they say to Jitendar that Satendra has sent then to check on Naina. Jitendar allows them to check on Naina.
Satendra returns home with Mitti and he learns two doctors are checking Mitti and they said that he has sent them while the truth is he has not contacted any doctor. Satendra rescues Naina from the goons.
Satendra says to Mitti that Naina is not safe here as Akash knows Naina is here. Mitti says she knows someone who can take care of Naina as she has also gone through the same thing as Naina.
