High-voltage drama unfolds in Jagriti as Sapna confronts Jagriti about Suraj’s condition and the emotional burden they are both carrying. Sapna expresses her frustration, pointing out that it has been quite some time since Suraj returned home, yet there is no improvement in his memory. She questions whether Jagriti intends to continue this act of being Suraj’s wife for a lifetime if he never recalls his past. Jagriti counters by asking Sapna if she herself is prepared to take on that role forever should Suraj’s memory never return, leaving Sapna stunned.
Meanwhile, Suraj, still held captive with his eyes blindfolded, tries to stay calm as Bunty assures him that a woman will soon arrive with money. Believing Sapna will come for him, Suraj waits anxiously.
However, when the goons finally remove the blindfold, Suraj is shocked to see Jagriti walking in with the cash instead. Bunty greets her as “Bhabhi ji,” causing Suraj to grow furious as he asserts to the goons that Jagriti is not his wife.
As tensions rise and secrets threaten to explode, Jagriti is once again forced to step into danger for Suraj’s sake—while Sapna remains torn between guilt and insecurity.
