The episode starts with Pushpa going to meet journalist Shankar, but the watchman informs her that he is not inside. Pushpa tries to get his address but fails. She leaves her number with the watchman and asks him to tell Shankar to call her when he returns. Pushpa begins to doubt whether the Solgate company threatened this journalist or if he too is working for them.
Dilip arrives home, and Ansh brings him inside. Everyone warmly welcomes Dilip back. Deepti offers to prepare tea, but Swara takes the responsibility and goes to the kitchen. Dilip tells Chirag that Pushpa informed him that Ashwin learned the truth and asks how Chirag is handling things. Chirag replies that everything is fine.
Pushpa meets Rajveer and confronts him, accusing Solgate of trying to stop her from fighting the case by threatening to halt Batlar’s treatment. She also accuses him of being involved with Solgate. Rajveer admits that he works for the company. Pushpa says he is blinded by money and supporting the wrong people. Rajveer rebukes her. Pushpa declares she will file a Public Interest Litigation against Solgate. Rajveer warns her that she will need evidence and that her “jugaad” won’t work here. Pushpa confidently says she will get evidence and tells him they are now opponents in court. Rajveer wishes her luck. Pushpa leaves.
Susheela asks Prarthna why she keeps mentioning the name Rekha. Prarthna says it feels familiar. Susheela reveals Rekha was the midwife who helped Kadambari during her pregnancy. Prarthna shows Rekha’s photo, and Susheela identifies her. Prarthna says Rekha is linked to the disappearance of newborns from the hospital and wonders if she is still connected to Kadambari. Susheela says she doesn’t know.
Kadambari meets Rekha and informs her that the DCP has arranged a special team to track her, so she needs to change her name for safety. Kadambari gives her a new SIM card registered under the name Ramaki and instructs her to use it sparingly. Rekha agrees. Kadambari steps out and asks a woman to keep an eye on Rekha. The woman agrees.
Joshipura advises Pushpa to think again, saying she is going up against Solgate, a company worth 2000 crores with immense resources and top lawyers. Pushpa says Solgate has grown by playing with people’s lives and must be taught a lesson. She vows to bring them down.
Prarthna catches a child trafficker. She asks a distraught mother to identify her baby. The mother recognises her child and gratefully thanks Prarthna.
Rashi meets Rishabh at a café. She tells him she is glad he came home and says the family was scared by his anger. Rishabh asks her to forget it. He then asks for her horoscope, saying Madhumati needs it. Rashi wonders what they will do if their horoscopes don’t match. They decide to consult a Pandit first.
Commissioner Tejaswi praises Prarthna for her work. Prarthna informs her that she is leaving for Gujarat to find Rekha. The Commissioner agrees.
Rishabh and Rashi show their horoscopes to the Pandit, who says they do not match. Rishabh gives him money and asks him to prepare new matching horoscopes. The Pandit agrees and leaves.
Joshipura worries about what action Solgate might take against Pushpa and fears he may become collateral damage. Pushpa receives a call from the hospital. The doctor tells her that the NGO which was supposed to fund Batlar’s surgery has backed out and the donor has withdrawn as well. He warns that they must find a new donor within two weeks or Batlar will die.
