The episode starts with Diya and Anvita’s siblings questioning Anvita’s decision to marry Sanjay. Suhas wakes up, and he scolds them for creating a noise. Siddhu and others inform him about Anvita’s decision to marry Sanjay. Suhas wakes up. He scolds and calls Anvita a fool for her decision. Anvita taunts him, then leaves. While Madhuri shockingly asks Sanjay about his decision to marry Anvita. Sanjay tells her that him and Anvita love each other also Anvita isn’t like Hetal. Hetal mocks Sanjay. Sanjay indirectly warns her to stay away. Hetal obliges.
Madhuri firmly opposes Sanjay’s marriage with Anvita, who is Hetal’s daughter. Sanjay tells her that Anvita is nothing like Hetal, but she is like Madhuri. He also requests her not to snatch his love from him as he loves Anvita-Sanjay’s since his childhood. Madhuri becomes silent. She then asks Sanjay about his wedding plan. Sanjay tells her that his wedding with Anvita will take place within a week. Both Madhuri and Hetal get shocked. Hetal goes aside and says to herself that Madhuri isn’t aware that Anvita will bring her younger children with her.
Here, Diya follows Anvita so the latter questions her. Diya refuses to leave her side. She also demands an answer from Anvita for her sacrifice. Anvita refuses to give her an explanation. She then enters the bar to have alcohol which Diya opposes it. They both also see a set up of an open mic performance. Chotu mistakenly serves alcohol to Anvita, who has then she goes to perform in the open mic. Diya gets shocked, realising the drink got exchanged.
Anvita shares her life story in a fun way to all the people inside the bar. Everyone laughs. Anvita tells them that Sanjay is by her side since childhood, so he is her man of reality, whom she decides to marry. Sanjay arrives there. He gets happy hearing the confession of Anvita. He also prevents Anvita from falling down. Anvita introduces Sanjay to everyone inside the bar. Sanjay tells her that he got his answer. Also, he promises to love for both of them until she falls in love with him. Anvita expresses her fear of loving someone, but she promises Sanjay that she will try to love him back. She also tells Sanjay that they should get married soon. Sanjay requests Anvita not to say this in front of Madhuri. Anvita laughs. While Hetal vows not to let Sanjay marry Anvita.
Afterwards, both Anvita and Diya enter the former house. They see the kids packing their things, so Anvita asks them the reason behind it. Both Chidiya and Chiku tell her that they don’t want Anvita to spoil her life for them. Just then, Siddhu and Bandya arrive there. Both of them decide to support Anvita’s decision. They also badly criticise Virat. Anvita questions their sudden change. The FB shows in which both Siddhu and Bandya take Sanjay aside. They ask him about his true intention to marry Anvita and also Virat’s involvement in theft. Sanjay explains them everything. In the present, Siddhu and Bandya approve Anvita’s wedding with Sanjay.
Precap: Sanjay and Anvita exchange rings. Madhuri questions the ring on Anvita’s finger, but Anvita says the ring holds no meaning, so she will remove it. She throws Virat’s gift in the ocean while Virat gets shocked learning about Anvita’s decision.
