The episode starts with Mangal apologising to Bhabhi Ji for leaving the competition yesterday due to a family emergency. Bhabhi Ji says that Mangal broke the rules of the competition and must therefore leave it. Mangal explains that her mother-in-law fell ill and she had to rush to help her, adding that anyone in her place would have done the same. Bhabhi Ji responds that her mother-in-law could have taken help from other family members and that everyone here prioritises the competition—unlike her. She then declares Mangal disqualified. Mangal becomes emotional and walks away.
Mangal breaks down outside. Sowmya approaches her, pretending to show concern. She says that Kusum was once Mangal’s mother-in-law and is now hers, and questions why Mangal didn’t ask her to go help Kusum, knowing how important winning the competition is to her. Mangal replies that Kusum is like her mother now and she has no regrets about leaving the competition for her. Sowmya smirks, thinking she is glad Mangal is out. Bhabhi Ji overhears their conversation and decides to use it to her advantage. As Mangal is about to leave, the guard stops her, saying Bhabhi Ji is calling her.
Mangal meets Bhabhi Ji, who tells her she wants to give her another chance. Mangal thanks her. Bhabhi Ji explains that she will have to complete additional tasks today. She adds that Mangal must follow her boss’s orders—and today, Bhabhi Ji is not her boss. She reveals that Sowmya will be Mangal’s boss. Mangal asks if this is necessary, but Bhabhi Ji tells her not to mix professional and personal matters and to focus on work. Mangal agrees and accepts the challenge.
Earlier, the organiser had told Bhabhi Ji that disqualifying Mangal could backfire because Mangal informed them about her emergency, and she could legally challenge them. Reluctantly, Bhabhi Ji agreed but decided to make things harder for Mangal.
In the present, Bhabhi Ji tells Mangal that her challenges will be tougher. Sowmya ties one of Mangal’s hands to her waist and orders her to cook using only one hand. Mangal protests that it is unfair, but Sowmya insists she is the boss and will decide what Mangal must do. Bhabhi Ji adds that since Mangal got another chance, it cannot be an easy one. Sowmya thinks this is the best way to defeat Mangal. Bhabhi Ji asks Mangal to either accept the challenge or leave. Mangal agrees to the challenge n she struggles to cut veggies with one hand. Sowmya mocks Mangal to be careful as I don’t want you to get hurt while doing my challenge. Mangal agrees.
Mangal places veggies in bowl and cuts them. Sowmya asks her to cut veggies in similiar same. Mangal says my dish don’t require the shape. Sowmya asks Mangal to prepare Besan soup. Mangal says it’s tough to do with one hand. Sowmya asks if she is backing out. Mangal says no and I will do it.
