The episode starts with Gulab asking Heer why she jumps in the river to save Nawab and Heer tells her she did for humanity. Lovely starts taunting Heer and Pammi tells everyone that Heer has called the ambulance. Gulab appreciates Heer for saving her son and she asks her to admit she loves Nawab. Gulab tells Heer she is ready to help her and she shows the marriage paper to everyone. Taiji reads the marriage paper and he hands the paper to Manjeet. Taiji tells Heer she has disappointed him and he reminds her he did lots of things for her. Taiji tells Heer she has disrespected their family and Taiji tells Manjeet to fix the marriage of Heer with someone. Gulab tells everyone that Heer loves Nawab and Heer tells Gulab that Nawab didn’t love her. Gulab tells Heer she can do anything for her Nawab and she is ready to hold her legs for Nawab. Gulab requests Heer to admit and she tells Heer the doctor warns Nawab to mental stress. Gulab begs Heer to save her son and Dilip tells Gulab to let Nawab wake up then they will decide. Gulab tells Dilip he is making the same mistake and Gulab tells Heer she is going to marry Nawab. Manjeet takes advantage of the situation and he shows concern for Heer. Manjeet tells Gulab he wants assurance for his daughter and he doesn’t want to take risks. Gulab drags Heer to the ward and she fixes the engagement of Heer and Nawab. Manjeet accepted the alliance and she told Nilu to trust her. Nilu tells Heer she has betrayed her trust and her patience has been broken. Gulab tells Dilip to start the arrangement of engagement and Manjeet demand for the marriage also. Dilip tells Manjeet to wait and Manjeet tells Dilip they don’t trust them. Manjeet demanded to fix the marriage and Taiji understood Gulab’s condition. Manjeet asks Taiji to keep the engagement in front of Panchayat and Dilip accepts the condition. Heer calls Jojo to help her but his father takes the phone so as not to get involved and his father switches off the phone. Heer is angry at Pammi.
Heer takes the revenge by putting black ink on Pammi’s picture and she loses her control on Pammi. Heer tells Pammi she is stuck because of her and Pammi tells Heer she is not getting married now. Heer and Pammi have a fight and she rushes to Panchayat to help her. Nilu tells Heer not to ruin her Taiji reputation and Taiji tells the panchayat to attend the engagement of Heer. Manjeet taunts Nilu and Heer requests Taiji to help her. Taiji tells Heer to stay in the room and Nilu slaps Heer.
Gulab shows the engagement ring to Nawab and she tells him his choice is best.
Heer is crying and no one is helping her. Gulab shows the clothes to Nawab and she tells Nawab that the engagement arrangement is in full swing. Gulab tells Nawab she can do anything for his happiness and she requests him to come back. Anmol tells Richa that Heer doesn’t love Nawab and Richa tells Anmol that Heer’s family is an orthodox. Anmol feels pity for Heer and she is now stuck in a big situation.
Nilu tells Heer to get ready because she has to leave now because she really trusts her. Heer hugs Nilu and Nilu gives some money and a ticket to leave. Heer is worried for her mother and sister. Nilu tells Heer she will not let marry forcefully and she wants to live a happy life. Nilu tells Heer she knows the truth and Heer tells Nilu she will definitely come back once Nawab gets well. Heer leaves the house and Nilu is crying for Heer. Heer is worried for her mother.
