The episode starts with Gulab dragging Heer and slapping her in front of her family. Everyone is shocked to see Gulab telling Heer that her son is playing with the danger and she is going to marry someone else. Taiji asks Pammi what she is saying to his daughter and Pammi tells everyone she is Nawab’s mother whom Heer loves a lot. Heer tells Gulab Nawab is lying and Nilu tells Gulab she might have some misunderstanding. Heer tells Pammi to tell the truth and Gulab tells Heer not to play with her son’s emotions. Gulab tells Heer that Nawab is keeping saying her name name and Taiji asks Heer what’s going on. Heer tells Taiji that she has done anything and Gulab takes Heer to the hospital otherwise she will be arrested. Nilu sends Pammi with Heer and Nilu requests Taiji to help Heer. Heer sits in the car and Pammi sits with her. Heer tells Pammi to call Jojo and Heer blames Pammi for the mess up. Gulab stops the car and she drags Heer from the car and Gulab tells the police about Heer. Dilip informs Gulab about Nawab and Gulab takes her to Nawab. Gulab tells Nawab to wake up and Heer sees that Nawab’s condition is critical. Gulab tells that Nawab starts responding when Heer touches him. The doctor calls it a miracle and the doctor takes everyone outside but Gulab tells Heer she will not leave Nawab. Heer tells Gulab it’s a coincidence and Dilip requests Heer to say with Nawab. The doctor tells Gulab that Heer has saved Nawab and Gulab tells the doctor she will not let anyone interfere in Nawab’s treatment.
Heer’s family comes into the hospital to clarify what happens and Taiji asks the ward boy about Nawab. Heer’s family sees Heer sitting with Nawab and Manjeet shows everyone about Heer’s lie to them and Heer leaves the hand. Heer tells everyone about the deal and lovely asks Pammi what’s going on. Pammi tells Lovely she is not involved in this and she was about to get a phone. Pammi tells the whole incident to Lovely and she wants to tell everyone but Lovely stops her. Heer tells everyone that it was Nawab’s plan and she tells Pammi to tell the truth. Taiji asks Pammi about the truth and Pammi tells everyone that Heer and Nawab are in a relationship they love each other. Heer gets angry with Pammi and she outbursts at Pammi. Nilu and Lovely stop Heer and Pammi go against Heer. Bebe tells Manjeet that their family reputation has been destroyed and Manjeet goes to call the doctor. Manjeet learns from Sunny that Nawab is from a rich family and she deserves to be with Nawab’s family.
Gulab accuses Heer but Sunny takes her side and Heer tries to gain the trust of her family. Pammi changes her statement again and she goes totally against Heer. Heer tells Taiji that Pammi wants the iphone and Pammi shows the picture of Heer and Nawab together. Lovely tells Taiji that she has seen Nawab and Heer at the trail room. Heer tells everyone she doesn’t have any relationship with Nawab and Heer starts arguing with Manjit. Heer tells Taiji she doesn’t know who Nawab is and Gulab is surprised to hear the statement from Heer. Gulab tells Heer her son is alive and she will not let her leave her son. Heer tells Gulab she doesn’t know Nawab and Gulab asks Heer about the photos. Pammi tells Gulab that she has the photos and Pammi shows the photos to everyone. Heer denies the allegation and Gulab asks Heer how she knows about Nawab’s secret. Gulab tells Heer she is taking revenge from her because she had a heated argument with her and Gulab accepts her fault. Gulab tells Heer Nawab in her control and Gulab reminds Heer about Nawab’s request to her.
