The episode starts with Chirag saying to the kidnappers that he would like to go to his mom. Satendra searches for the kidnappers car. One of kidnappers stops the car aside to pee.
Satendra spots the kidnappers car and he sneaks to the car and signals Chirag to stay quiet. Satendra tries to open the door but he sees the door is locked so he hits the car door and makes the kidnapper on the lookout come out of the car. Satendra later beats up all the kidnappers and rescues Chirag from the kidnappers.
Jessi says to Akash that it is a good thing she has stopped him from hitting Mitti if not he would have been in jail for 1 year. Akash comments on it.
Akash asks the cops to put Mitti in jail for kidnapping his son Chirag. Amrita comes to the court and defends Mitti.
Akash comments on Mitti and Amrita. Amrita gives a befitting performance reply to Akash.
Akash reminds Amrita that she is a government lawyer and she cannot take up Mitti’s case. Amrita says she has come here as Mitti’s friend and says her colleague Siddarth has taken up Mitti’s case.
Siddarth comes and questions the station officer on what basis have the arrested Mitti. The station officer says Akash has filed a police complaint that Mitti has abducted his son Chirag. Siddarth asks the station officer to arrest Akash as he will file a complaint that Akash has stolen from his home. The station officer says his accusation is false as there is no proof of it. Siddarth says there is no proof of Mitti abducting Chirag also as in the cctv footage there is only Chirag leaving the house and there was no Mitti. The station officer asks Siddarth how does he know about the cctv footage. Siddarth says to the station officer that just because he isn’t doing his job doesn’t mean others will not do their job.
Satendra brings Chirag to the police station. Akash seeing it says to the station officer that he told him before Satendra and Mitti have abducted Chirag. Chirag says it is a lie.

Akash asks Kuljeet to make Chirag get in the car. Kuljeet says Chirag will leave with his mother. Akash says to Mitti that she might take Chirag today but Akash will win Chirag in the court and comments on it.
