The episode starts with Heer praying Bhagwan ji to break her alliance with Nawab and she goes to meet Nawab. The nurse asks Heer to help her to do the sponge bath and Heer hesitates but the nurse requests her to help her. Heer feels shy and she sees that the nurse is removing the clothes of Nawab. Heer starts taunting Nawab and she tells him she is helpless now. Heer tells Nawab that accidentally she came into his life and accidentally got engaged. Heer asks Nawab to give some sign and Nawab hugs her. Heer calls the nurse to move Nawab from her and just then Gulab comes in. Gulab asks the nurse why she didn’t inform her instead of asking Heer to sponge bath Nawab and Gulab tells the nurse to use common sense. Gulab separates Heer from Nawab and Gulab sees that Heer’s earring got stuck with a thread in Nawab’s hand. Heer reminds Gulab about her interview and she asks Heer to leave.
Gulab tells Nawab to wake up and she tells him not to give me punishment. Nawab holds Gulab’s hand and he calls his mother. Gulab hugs Nawab and she calls the doctor. Gulab starts asking Nawab why he risks his life and Gulab tells Nawab he got engaged with Heer but Nawab tells Gulab he doesn’t know any Heer.
Nilu and Priti wish Heer all the best and they suggest her to keep calm. Manjeet learns from Heer she is going to the college for the interview and Manjeet tells Heer she doesn’t have to do anything. Heer tells Manjeet that Gulab has given her the permission and Manjit allows her to go. Manjeet tells Heer to go directly to the hospital after the interview and not to leave Nawab.
Nawab gets discharged and he learns from the nurse about the engagement. Nawab gets shocked and Gulab learns from the doctor that Nawab is fine.
Heer reaches the hospital and she learns from Manjeet that Nawab has been discharged. Manjeet tells the nurse she should inform them also and Heer is very happy because everything will be clear now. Heer is very happy and Ajit is very angry with the Brar family. Heer dances with joy with the nurse.
Nawab is still in the trauma and he tries to remove his ring. Gulab rushed to stop Nawab and Nawab asked Gulab to wait for him. Ajit gets outburst and he starts throwing things in the house. Taiji consoles Ajit and asks him to calm down. Heer tells Nilu she is very happy today and she is going to bring some sweets. Suddenly Heer sees that Gulab has come to their house with Sunny. Ajit gets angry and Taiji tells Ajit to control himself. Ajit welcomes them and asks them to sit. Gulab tells everyone that Nawab is normal now and he tells her that he didn’t love Heer and he never met Heer. Heer tells everyone she always tells them she doesn’t love Nawab and Gulab tries to make Heer calm down. Gulab tells everyone that she is breaking the alliance officially and she returns the ring back to Heer. Everyone is shocked.
