The episode starts with Kausar taking Sehar to meet Barkha. Her staff informs her that she went out. She decides to wait for her. Later, Barkha greets her. She informs her that she already talked with Fareed about her job. They are doctors so she don’t need to worry about money. They will pay a good amount to her. But she has to take care of their household chores. She assures her. Sehar is reading the newspaper and refuses to go with them. Barkha says that she will return in one hour. She has to listen to Parvez taunts. Kausar says that sehar education is important so she is ready to bear any punishment for her. They leave from there. A customer comes there to meet Barkha. Sehar informs her that she went out. She says that it’s urgent to deliver this material to the customer. Sehar says that she don’t know the place she is new to this place. She says that Sehar is educated. She has to search this place by herself. She forced Sehar to leave.
Meanwhile, Amal returns to home. Sultana scolds her for entering into the room without knocking. She doesn’t have manners. Amal says that she is her mom. She noticing her mom is packing the things. She inquires Sultana where is she going? She lies to her that she is going to donate it. She informs Sultana that she scored less marks. Sultana says that her father is taking care of her education. Amal says that she needs a sign in this sheet. Father will take lecture to her. Sultana complaints that it’s her father’s responsibility. He might understand how is his daughter studying. She informs it up her husband. Fareed checks the results and consoles her. He is motivating his daughter. He advises her to look into another profession. Amal feels that she is a failure and doesn’t fit to this family. He worried about her.
Fareed says to Sultana that she is demotivated. Sultana says that her blood is different. The doctor profession didn’t written on her blood. She isn’t her daughter to teach this all to her. She needs her own baby. She leaves from there.
Later, Mufti calls Praviz to inform her liked Sehar character. His friend praised her. He decided to take her hand for Mahid. He wish to meet Sehar first. He agrees with him.
Sehar is travelling in an auto. Passengers are getting down one by one. The auto driver has some bad intentions towards Sehar. Meanwhile, Sultana meets Kausar. She remembers the way she did her delivery. Praviz expected a son but she gave birth to a daughter. Sultana received a phone from Roshini. She discussed with her about IVF. She agrees to take the treatment in Delhi. Sultana handover the house key to Kausar and leaves. The auto driver tries to misbehave with Sehar. She attacks him. Mahid comes to save her. She misunderstands him. He offers a lift to her. Sehar asks him to promise on Quran he don’t take advantage of her. He promised to her. Praviz returns to home share the happy news with Sehar. Sofia informs him that they went out.
