The episode starts with Lakshmi noticing Vishaka’s shadow and decides not to leave her. Lakshmi throws an iron rod like a javelin. Vishaka gets injured on her leg. Vishaka throws a smoke bomb and escapes from there. Lakshmi sees there is blood trial left by Vishaka. Lakshmi asks Manny to take care of Karan and ask the doctor to not stop trying to save Karan. Lakshmi says to Manny that she will go after Vishaka.
Lakshmi follows the blood trail of Vishaka and vows to catch her at any cost.
The doctor checks Karan and says to Kapoor family he doesn’t know what kind of a poison that has been given to Karan. The doctor says they have to take Karan to the hospital right away but there is no chance for Karan to survive even if he goes to the hospital. Bhavani blames Lakshmi for Karan being in danger saying she is a jinx. Dadi says to Bhavani that she doesn’t believe it and says her heart tells her Lakshmi will come and save Karan and change his fate.
Vishaka thinks how dare Lakshmi hurt her. Lakshmi comes to Vishaka’s hideout and comments on her. Vishaka asks Lakshmi if she has come to get herself killed.
Vishaka tries to kill Lakshmi using her fingernails but she isn’t able to do it as Lakshmi is wearing a Hazmat suit.
Bhavani says to Dadi that Lakshmi has ran away and says to Dadi now Karan will die and comments on it. Dadi says to Bhavani that her heart doesn’t believe it.
Lakshmi stabs into Vishaka’s chest with an ice pick. Lakshmi asks Vishaka to give her the antidote to save Karan. Vishaka says to Lakshmi that she will tell her how to save Karan but Lakshmi has to agree to Vishaka’s condition. Vishaka says to Lakshmi that she has to become a poison lady like her to save Karan. Lakshmi agrees.
The doctor apologises to Dadi and says to Dadi that they are not able to save Karan. The delivery boy comes to Dadi and says to Dadi this is the antidote for the poison in Karan’s body. The delivery boy gives the antidote to Dadi. Bhavani acts as if she cares for Karan and asks the doctor to give the antidote to Karan. The doctor gives the antidote to Karan and saves Karan. The delivery boy shows everything through his phone to Vishaka. Vishaka shows it to Lakshmi who has been tied up.
Vishaka says to Lakshmi that Karan has been saved now it is her turn to keep her end of deal. Vishaka injects her blood into Lakshmi saying once her blood mixes with Lakshmi’s blood she will turn into a poison lady. Lakshmi acts as if she is in pain and loses consciousness. Vishaka thinks Lakshmi couldn’t stand the pain and died so she unties Lakshmi. Lakshmi catches Vishaka’s poison into her own body. Lakshmi says to Vishaka that she knows if a poison lady takes blood out of her own body the blood becomes more poisonous and asks Vishaka to die with her own poison. It is shown Lakshmi sneakily pulls IV drip when Vishaka injects her with her IV drip.
Karan regains consciousness and asks Dadi where is Lakshmi. Dadi says Lakshmi has gone after Vishaka and she will come in a while. Karan worries about Lakshmi hearing it.
Lakshmi puts the unconscious Vishaka in a cold storage and decides to leave her to die but someone locks the cold storage from outside. Lakshmi bangs on the door and asks someone to open it. It is shown Bhavani spots Lakshmi taking Vishaka into the cold storage and she locks the door from the outside.
Vishaka regains consciousness and mocks Lakshmi as she is going to die along with her. Lakshmi asks Vishaka if she knows who locked the door. Vishaka loses consciousness again.
Karan gets message that Lakshmi has used a credit card to rent a cold storage for the night. Karan calls the storage facility and confirms it. Karan feels suspicious and leaves to check it out thinking Lakshmi is there.
Lakshmi loses consciousness in the cold storage.

Precap:- The cops come to Karan and say to Karan that he is under arrest for the murder of Sameer Agnihotri. Lakshmi tries to explain to the cops asking them how is it possible as Karan didn’t know that Sameer was going to join Krishna. Lakshmi says no one knows about it. The cops ask Lakshmi to stay out of this matter. The cops take Karan and leave from there.
